• I can't think of anything that I really liked.
• Starters, waited 20 mins to be waited on (no 1 n front of me).

“The hotel is pretty and seems to be nice. My problem was I had to wait forever to be waited on with out any one in front of me. I was concerned for the safety of the staff but eventually the staff appeared. Security of the place didn't seem up to par. Frightening! Morning of check out, the cleaning staff beat on the door for us to leave so she could clean the room. This was almost 3 hours before check out. So, my stay was not very good at this hotel.”

• It was quiet.
• Did not clean very well, did not restock coffee bar in room, closed continental breakfast 1 hr early.

“My in-laws also stayed at the hotel at the same time and ended up having to clean the bathroom themselves. I went to the lobby to check out the continental breakfast at 9:30 am and the front desk clerk said it closed at 9:00 am. The literature in the room clearly stated that breakfast went until 10:00 am. I went to make coffee in the room, but they did not restock the regular coffee, creamer or sweetener When I took the filter basket out, there was still a used filter pod in it. The grounds of the hotel were deplorable, no landscaping-just cement. The building we were in did not even look like it belonged to the hotel. I will not recommend this particular hotel to anyone.”

• Convenient to i30.
• Trying to resolve problem-hotel charged apex for room.

“This hotel is clean and convenient to i30, but upon check in the desk attendant spoke poor English & insisted he had to use my credit card to check in.”

• Surroundings too dark room spray too strong.

“First time to be disappointed in it, could be size of town (Greenville, TX) hotel surroundings were too dark and room had strong smell of spray. Concerned when we drove up to check in and no vehicles in sight. Very few guests. Linens on bed did not stay fitted to mattress. Towels were dingy white.”
