• The location was good, close to malls, shopping and family members.

“The hotel was nice, the check-in staff was friendly and permitted us to check in early because we were arriving for a funeral and needed to get to the services.”

• We could not get a non smoking room.

• Manager helpful and friendly.
• Toilet didn't flush well, stuff came back up! Low water pressure in shower.

“The hallway outside of our non-smoking room seemed a bit Smokey. Overall, the hotel met our expectations. The location was perfect for our needs for the weekend.”

• Larger bathrooms, normally good service, nice pool area.
• Failed to make up room until 5pm, ran out of breakfast, ran out of towels.

“Overall it was a decent stay, with 3 out of the four days being good. The 3rd day we left our room around 10am and returned at 3:50pm to find it uncleaned/dirty. They finally arrived at about 5pm while we were napping to clean it and woke us up. Some rooms had newer AC / Heaters then others--our personal room had the older style that failed to do much of anything and the common areas were so hot we had to keep our window open in the middle of winter (in Iowa!) all day long. The free breakfast was fine when it was stocked but the staff seemed cranky about keeping it full so often the was very few choices. The pool area was nice for this type of hotel with bathrooms and a shower as well as towels provided in the area.”

• Rooms were clean and good sized.
• Seemed like it was understaffed and we had to ask a second time for rollaway.

“Motel was convenient for our soccer weekend and it was clean. Breakfast was nice. Only problem seemed to be understaffing.”
