• The staff here went out of their way to meet our needs.
• Bathroom was small and needed some cosmetic updating.

“Overall we were very satisfied and happy with our overnight stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent, courteous, personable and went out of their way to fulfill our requests. Same way in the restaurant. The room was nicely updated although some of the furniture seemed too big for the space and the bath didn't seem to have been remodeled on the same level - the shower, for instance, probably could be replaced. However, the shower head was great! Overall I would rate our experience as near excellent and would recommend this hotel to others.”

• Clean and quiet.
• No continental breakfast.

“Over all enjoyed our stay. For the price I think some sort of breakfast would have been nice. We had 2 rooms with a total of 4 people. Was inconvenient to go out for breakfast for 2 days. The hotel did offer breakfast in their restaurant but it seemed a bit pricey.”

• Location only, room size and convenience disappointing.
• Size. Very small.

“Inconvenient parking, rather indifferent front desk staff. Room size disappointing for a 3 star hotel.”

• Location was perfect.
• The thermostat is either way too hot, or way too cold.

“Friendly people, nice location, they need a new heater/air conditioner, it was hard to get comfortable when its way to hot/cold.”

• Hallways had slight unpleasant smell.

• I love room service at a three star motel but the breakfast was not even cooked.

“The holiday inn (Sioux city, IA) it was the worst stay I have ever had at a three star hotel. The bedding smelled like perfume and the breakfast was not cooked done. .”

• Nice pool and bar.
• Filthy carpet-feet were black in a min. fire alarm went off and fire trucks came 25 min later.

“This is not the hotel you had listed as a 3 star. I was not impressed the way they handled the fire alarm. We would not return to this hotel. The room itself was clean.”

• The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's confidently located off the interstate.
• Spa had gunk in the corners, didn't receive timely maid service.

“The staff were nice and helped us switch rooms. The maid service seemed late out first day. The whirlpool wasn't very clean and the sauna didn't work on our second day. There were a lot of doors to go through to find your way around. The restaurant had a nice Sunday buffet is good.”

• Could hear conversation in room next door.

“Hotel very nice overall had one rude lady at check in but the man there took care of what we wanted.”
