• Nice interior designing. Very fashionable.
• No problems. Very satisfied.

“We were very pleased with the location and the staff. This hotel has old bones but a very attractive covering. You can't beat the convenience to the KSU campus and you might see someone famous as this is where VIPs stay.”

• The location is wonderful; bed was comfortable, free wireless access.
• Bathroom was small, chair in room was junk.

“We really enjoyed our brief stay. I will definitely consider this hotel the next time we are in Manhattan.”

• The updated rooms.
• The lobby smelled like fish from the kitchen.

“The overall appearance of the hotel has changed dramatically since the last time I stayed. The beds were extra soft and very comfortable. The bathrooms were renovated and clean! It was a great experience.”

• Very updated, attractive.
• Room wasn't spotless.

“Very nice location across the street from the college. Has a nice restaurant next door that is one of the nicer ones in Manhattan. Within walking distance to Aggie Ville. The hotel is very modern, everything inside looks as if it was renovated within a year. Only problem was in the bathroom the maid hadn't removed one of the wash clothes that the prior occupant used. It was damp and hanging from the shower curtain. So nothing extreme.”

• Conveniently located. Pool was clean. Staff was friendly. Beds were very comfortable.
• Bathroom was too small.

“This Hotel was conveniently located across the street from Kansas State University. Hotel lobby was clean. Hotel staffs were friendly. The beds were extremely comfortable. The only problem was in the bathroom. It was too small and the shower curtain had mold on it.”

• I requested a different type of pillow & received it promptly.
• Ice machines were not working on most of the floors. Explanation was that they were switching to new machines & first had to empty old machines.

“Very nice accommodations. Very friendly staff. Good food from Room Service & delivered promptly. Good location. Clean.”

• Clean room with nice bedding.
• TV remote inoperable. Internet connectivity down during my stay. Staff replaced TV remote, but declined to initiate repairs till next morning.

“A nicer hotel near the campus. Unfortunately, staff acted like "deer in the headlights" when notified of internet problems. Staff refused to make allowances with room rate/bill due to booking. Staff comparable to motel 6! Platinum elite priority club membership carried no weight in resolving full price billing. Will not stay here again!”

• The staff was very willing to help and the room was very nice.
• I was in a room next to the elevators and ice machine so it was somewhat noisy and the bathroom was small.

“Overall, this hotel was very nice and if given the opportunity I would stay again. Although, I do recommend requesting a room away from the elevators and ice machines which created some noise.”
