“Our family liked this hotel. It is just what we needed. We were visiting family for Thanksgiving in a town 30 minutes away and needed a room for one night, 2 adults, 2 children. My wife hates bugs in a hotel and usually can't sleep in hotel beds. She was comfortable in this one. Friendly staff, clean rooms, no smell of smoke, free good breakfast. As for being old, as another reviewer wrote, well Ada is old what do they expect? It really was like any other hotel as far as interior decorating. It was good enough for us. We saw no bugs, no bad smells and overall the hotel is nice, clean, pleasant, and the staff is helpful and friendly. But most everyone like the Best Western Raintree in Ada. We would recommend it to anyone.”

• The staff was very helpful and pleasant.
• Not maintained well.

“The room seemed clean, but totally outdated and not well maintained, from the missing grout around the tub, to the extremely only heat/air unit. Given the location and size of the facility, they could remodel a room at a time and really make it a nice place to stay. If I had to describe it in one word, it would have to be 'old'.”
