• How friendly the employers were and how comfortable the beds and room was.
• Nothing.

“This hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed out. It was quiet at night so you were able to get great sleep. It was very clean and the staff was all so friendly and helpful.”

• The second room was nice.
• The first room smelled like the pet hotel.

“They were good about changing me to another room and it was nice. They knew what they were doing - there was no mistake on the first room.”

• Comfortable, spacious room.
• Morning noisy due to remodeling of some units.

“If you are looking for a quiet restful night's sleep and need to work on projects that you have brought with you then this is the place for you. The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee was wonderful! Shopping very close by for things you might have forgotten.”

• We were told 3 times we were getting a rollaway, it never came.

“The suites are nice and look newly renovated. A very quiet atmosphere and not the typical motel type atmosphere. Like you are in your own little home.”

• Rooms were updated and laid out very well.
• The check in staff was rude.

“Hotel is great! The rooms were very friendly and inviting. Perfect for business travel. I would have been very inclined to stay there on a business trip if it weren't for the check in staff that day that treated me as if I were a peasant. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and as a result would not stay with this hotel again. I also am very likely to mention my experience to those I speak with that will be traveling to Lincoln.”

• Loved that this hotel was classy, but had a kitchen. Made the weekend getaway a bit more comfortable!
• It is a unique setting and almost apartment like at times. Don't like pool hours. There was also construction going on while we were there.

“The day time staff was quite friendly, while night time security guard was a bit suspicious. Free breakfast includes pancakes or waffles. Coffee was good. Our room was very clean. Pull out couch was not very comfortable. I would definitely go back to this hotel for a weekend getaway!”

“This was a nice place. The room we had had some poor carpentry skills and the bathtub needed replaced it was old and worn. The countertops were dusty and hadn't been wiped down for a while. This is a small condo type place each room has a full kitchen, and pulls out sofa bed. Overall it was a nice place and we would probably stay here again. They have a nice breakfast and during the week they have a managers hour with cocktails, and snacks etc. I am a little harsh because I am a gramophone/clean freak when it comes to motels/hotels! It was a nice place, we didn't swim, but they have what appears to be a nice outdoor pool and hot tub.”

• The light in the bathroom didn't work, made a terrible noise.

• Strange smell in room; bathroom exhaust fan very loud.

“Chase Suite Hotel Lincoln is an excellent choice for the business traveler or corporate relocation. It is tucked away behind other stores back from O Street and may be difficult for some travelers to find, but once located, the staff is friendly and the grounds are shaded and pleasant.”

“After driving 12 hours we arrived in Lincoln at 11am, a few hours earlier than check-in time. The front desk staff was most helpful, contacted the housekeeping staff and had us in a room with-in 45 minutes. We had 2 cats with us and they exempted them for a $5.00 fee. The evening managers reception was more than a drink with a piece of cheese. The staff served grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, potato salad with choice of drink all the makings of a family picnic. I will be staying with them again. Thanks guys.”

• The room we had was very spacious with newly remodeled furnishings. Clean and comfortable!
• We have actually stayed here many times and it has always been a good time!

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It serves a very nice continental breakfast. We had waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. The outdoor pool is very nice. All of the rooms seem to have full kitchens with new appliances.”

• They make you feel like their favorite guest!
• Having to leave!

“A wonderful spot! The staff was outstanding, room spotless and in like-new condition, awesome bed, all appliances in perfect working order, many extras provided. The areas are comfortably spacey and pleasingly furnished. Landscaping is very inviting and imaginative. Pool and hot tub well maintained. We feel beckoned to return and hopefully to stay longer! ”
