• The hotel was closed to the places that we went to.
• I book a non-smoking room but the room still smell like smoke. The carpet was not that clean it make our feet turn black.

“This hotel was an okay stay. Not the good place for a romantic get away. Its ok to stay for a day or so.”

• Kitchenette is reasonable. Right on one of the main roads so easy to find lower Greenville and stadium. Almost a one street shot.
• Clean your own room here.

• The staff, and the attractiveness of the room, and location.
• The bed isnt to awful comfortable-too firm, but was no big problem.

“This a great hotel for people like me needing extended stay, its one of the nicest extended stay places I have been to. The room is very attractive and clean, well maintenced, nice size. Most extended stay suites are dumpy and things not working properly and things broken, not so with Sun suites. The staff is very helpful and nice. My battery in my car went bad and the maintence man there worked untill he got my car running, he went beyond his duty to help me. I was very happy. I am attending college in Dallas away from home and will be staying at Sun suites Garland until
I graduate in March, I couldn't ask for a better place.”

• Loved the location, attractiveness of room.
• No business work area or desk, no room for paperwork.

“Sun suites is a great place for extended stay. The location is perfect. The room is very decorated, very attractively and very clean. Only thing I wasn't fond of is no desk or work area for computer and computer equipment, I am in school and needed more work space for studies, the little kitchen table is not enough room. Desks need to be placed in rooms.”

• The price was ok.
• No service after 9 pm.

“The 1st morning after we arrived we asked the front desk for cleaning service and to make sure we had towels as we were going to a water park and wished to shower when we returned. Well we arrived back at motel around 9:30 pm and how wonderful nothing had been done. Tried to call front desk got nothing but a busy signal.”
