• Kitchen area available.
• No free breakfast and very thin walls -could hear noise from next rooms -very disturbing for rest.

“For the price, it was okay. My understanding was that it had the same rating of the La Quinta we stayed at before--but it should be a little lower. I was surprised to see it had a kitchen area with refrig, micro-wave, cooking burners, dishes, etc. We didn't need to use the kitchen but it was nice to have it available.”

• Location was perfect for thanksgiving in plano.
• We tried 2 different rooms and both had a bad odor. Sometimes, cigarette smoke came through vents to our non-smoking room.

“1st room smelled like cigarettes and chemicals. Attendant was very nice and gave us a new room, but it still had an odd odor. Sometimes cigarette smoke came through vents to our non-smoking room.”

• Needed more friendly and knowledge.
• Poor staff relationship.

“Hotel is clean. My husband is disable we indeed up on 2nd floor. They finally give us room with a few call and argument with you all. We should give have a free lodging after all those problem.”

• The mini kitchen was nice & convenient.
• There was no soap or ashtray in my room.

“The staff was friendly, the room was clean, but we could not get any soap for the shower, we had a smoking room & there were no ashtray's in the room, apparently the supply truck was late to get there, but the mini kitchen was nice & convenient, overall 1-10, I give it a 5.”

• Location, kitchenette, price.
• No pans, no toaster, and it had roaches.

“I would be very pleased with my stay here, despite the lack of supplies in kitchen if they would get rid of the roaches.”

• Looked good from a distance.
• Table was carved on and spray painted over. Beds stained and broken down.

“This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was not a good value for the money. Carvings were made into the table and spray painted over. They weren't even sanded first It should have been replaced. The mattresses were stained and box springs broken down. One mattress looked like it had blood stains on it. The room was not clean. The bathroom was and the whole place smelled terrible. The sheets had stains as well. We went to Wal-Mart and bought blankets and house shoes because we were afraid to touch anything in the room.”
