• Hotel staff very friendly
• A little hard to find if I had been by myself and room was a little small, although adequate.

“Very nice and friendly staff. Good bed, room was very clean. We had a comfortable stay and will probably stay there again.”

• Lots of pillows.
• Several things.

“Only one chair, at a desk. No table other than a coffee table or large desk no refrigerator. No microwave, except on ground floor. We stayed in two cheap motels in west Texas that had both.”

• The beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean and neat. The balcony was nice, and coffee in the room was wonderful.
• Even the complimentary bottled water cost 2.50 a bottle, not enough sugar for coffee and lightings to bright by the bed.

“It was a nice room to stay in but definitely for the business minded only. We had drunk sales reps on the balcony above us and at the main lobby doors just smoking and cussing. But the shower was hot and the beds were soft, the balcony was nice in the morning, even though our view was a parking garage. I might stay there again, if I am going to be in Dallas longer than one day.”

• My kids loved the outdoor pool & hot tub with towels.
• Didn't have free breakfast. Breakfast buffet cost $10 each.

“Courtyard by Marriot in Richardson, TX is close to intersection of Campbell Road & Central Expressway. Staff is helpful, they were able to change our room to double bed and suggest kid-friendly place to eat. My kids like the outdoor pool & hot tub. They had pool towels there so you didn't need to bring your room bath towels. The hotel was quiet, being set off from Central Expressway on Greenville Ave. Even with a lot of people over the weekend, it was quiet in our room. They had a complimentary shuttle bus to drop you at places around the area. It was close to fast food. We used the Free in-Room High Speed Internet. Thoughtfully, they provided cables in the closet. Courtyard caters to business travelers, but we found it to be very good value for money for a family with kids in Richardson for a weekend wedding.”

• Beds were wonderful
• Called asked for poolside or pool view, and said they would, and didn't have either ...

“Really great location Beds are just wonderful....Just wish they wouldn't have wasted so much space in bathrooms. Newer hotel ”

• the room was a great deal for the price we got. wonderful setup of furniture in the room.
• I do not like having to leave a credit card or debit card at all. they debit our account even if you do not use anything.

“this is in continuance of the above item. We did not want to leave our credit card for incidentals. We do not watch movies and we always use our own cell phones. So, we were highly upset when they took the cards and then they put a hold on my accout for $10.00/day of our stay. Then they tell me today that it could take 5-7 business days to get the hold released. this is crazy. I will never leave my card again because they told us there would be no charges on it unless we used something. Then why put a hold on my account.If i wouldn't have had the money in there I would have had bounced it.”

• I never give a 10 in a rating. But these people would bend over backwards to help.
• Breakfast was a little pricey! $10.77 for Breakfast buffet. Good part they did not charge for our child. So that helped.

“The hotel staff were very friendly, very down to earth, helped with directions, laughed at our stupidness when we got lost, very eager to please.They even let me use the copier without cost to enlarge a map to be useable and seeable. Most hotels would look down their nose at you and say, "That would be an insurance liability". We won't take that chance. I would kiss them on the cheeks if they would allow me to!!!”

• No breakfast! They wanted to charge $10 per person for breakfast.

“It was a nice hotel in a bad location. Not really near anything but office buildings. Not bad for the price though, price made it worth the drive across town.”

• Rooms are non smoking, no continental breakfast, Movies too high priced.

“The Hotel did not feel like a 3 1/2 star hotel. The Staff were friendly and nice. The room was cozy and it was in a quiet, peaceful area. I did not however, like that there were only non smoking rooms available, no continental breakfast and the pay per view mivies were outrageously high priced...”

“ Moreover, we've always had good luck with our stays. This trip was no exception. Across the board, each aspect of our stay was consistent with our expectations. I couldn't ask for more at 31 bucks a night!”

• Very clean, staff very helpful, heating and cooling was efficient when setting was changed, mattress and pillows very comfortable
• Everything was better than I expected.

“The staff was helpful and knowledgeable reguarding places I wanted to see (Art Dist., Shopping, Churches) and could tell me my options for getting around. (Dart-train, busses, parking facilities etc.)”
