• The location is centrally located.
• The construction.

“The hotel was great we had a great experience, the only problem is our room was missing a light cover and the refrigerator defrosted with the water over flowing, which we considered very minor.”

• I had a great view of the downtown and I felt it was well worth what I paid.
• The elevator in the parking structure was way scary.

• Location, location, location--I always appreciate that I am able to walk to many favorite destinations in Lincoln.
• The parking garage is awful with tight turns. I was glad I had a compact car when I was parking and leaving the hotel.

“This Holiday Inn is an older hotel in the heart of the Haymarket. Lots of effort has been put into continually updating all the areas of the hotel and this makes the travelers' stay a very pleasant one.”

• Fantastic location in Hay market District in Lincoln. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, book stores. W
• Well worn, used, looks like it needs remodeling.

“Everything was great about this motel except its physical condition. Worn rooms, floors, walls, dirty elevators, etc. However, personnel were pleasant, accommodating. This is THE most fantastic location. I loved being right downtown and so close to so many businesses, book stores, coffee shops, restaurants. I just didn't spend much time in the motel!!”
