• We liked having a fridge in the room.
• The bed was horrible! There were burn holes in the comforter and the mattress was like sleeping on the floor.

“We really liked the fridge in our room, the hot tub and the pool. We HATED the bed! The bed was hard as a rock and the comforter had burn holes in it. There was NO shampoo in the room. We had to go to the front desk to request shampoo.”

• The rooms were comfortable and luxurious for only being 2 stars.
• The person at the front desk, was exceptionally rude not only to myself but friends that visited me.

• Walking distance to festival we attended.
• No maid service (stayed 2 nights).

“Hotel was close to the festival we attended so we walked versus paid for parking! Place was clean, but we didn't have maid services. Also had to ask for shampoo/conditioner. Otherwise, it was wonderful!”

• The kitchen area in the room was nice.
• The room did not feel comfortable. The bed was too hard, and it seemed so cold and uncomely.

“It was definitely a hotel for busy business men. The rooms were decorated like a business office. There were hairs still left in the shower and the bathroom floor when we arrived. Not somewhere a typical female would want to stay.”

• Outstanding room!
• Unfriendly staff.

“Room was excellent. I did not ever receive any clean towels after making 2 requests! The staff needs to be trained a little better in dealing with the public. The hostess was very rude; it was like I was putting her out because I asked for a room with a large bed not twin beds! Yes, I would recommend someone to stay there and I will stay there again and again.”

• Hotel staff were responsive to our request to clean the room.
• The room had not been cleaned.

“The room's carpet had crumbs, crackers, portion of a used Kleenex and toilet paper, and other disgusting stuff when we checked in. The bed had been made as you would expect, but on removing the covers, it had crackers. The blankets, linens, and pillow covers had stains and burn marks. The bathroom was clean, so were the towels. The refrigerator had a couple of used milk-shakes in the freezer. The first night, we requested the front-desk for cleanup. The next afternoon, we requested again, and when we returned, the room had been cleaned. At least most of it was. A few crumbs remained in some corners, but we could walk around the room without feeling grossed out.”

• Comfortable, clean rooms, nice kitchen.
• Had to pay for internet, then service down all evening. Too many places have free internet to pay at hotel of this quality. No breakfast, weekends.

“Nice 2 star hotel, clean rooms and nice kitchens. Very disturbed that I would have to pay $5 a day for internet in this age and time and at this quality of hotel. It was very inconvenient not to have continental breakfast on weekends and not even able to buy breakfast.”
