“Small rooms, but nice for one of the first extended stay hotels. Before the invent of extended stay rooms, I would have thought it was amazing; but by today's standards, slightly below par.”

“This hotel is close to the highway, though not really close to anything else. Service is awful and the beds are abnormally sized (to the small sizes). Also, the showers, while clean, have pathetic pressure.”

“Hotel staff was great the one time I had a problem with the hotel management. The other problem was ask about lost and found and was told staff did not have access had to talk to management but she could never be reached.”

“I called the hotel around 5 pm to inform them that we would be checking in after 11 pm. The person I spoke with said that was no problem, he would make a notation and when we arrived to press 0 on the phone in the lobby. We arrived around 11:26 pm, pressed 0 on the phone in the lobby and continued to get a busy signal for over 15 minutes. A security guard finally came and unlocked the door and found the front desk attendant. The only positive about this hotel was the price.”

“This must be where wealthy Dallasites send their third world employees to live when they do not have servant quarters. Front desk closes (and locks) at 11:00 pm, which made check-in a hassle. No public areas. Forgot sundries? Well, a vending machine will supply those at exorbitant rates ($2 for a tiny tube of ketchup). No maid service. Only soap in the bathroom. Room was not clean and stinks - smelled like old craw fish boil. So bad we bought air freshener and used half a can. Tiny TV, but 3 show time channels. This property barely qualifies as a two star, and only technically. ”

“This is by far one of the worst experiences at a hotel that I have ever had. We stayed there for two nights; the first night we were there, our toilet broke and was not fixed the entire time we were there. In addition, the fire alarm kept going off, making us constantly run out of our room. When I confronted the manager about these issues he was rude and unaccommodating. Don't stay here!”

“My room was next to the hotel parking lot. That lot was next to an all night gas station. Some cars came into the hotel lot and parked, to listen to music at all hours of the night. Security was unavailable. I had to call 911 one night so they could find security and they did. After that it was quiet. There really needs to be a sound proof wall or something constructed because the noise was really unacceptable.”

“You get what you would expect from 2 star moderate hotel/studio apartments. Only complain is a lack of internet service provider with a valid intensification certificate. The wireless service provider that serves the hotel guests needs to be changed urgently.”
