• Location.
• Dishonest management.

“Avoid this hotel! They will not honor a guaranteed rate. Was charged an additional @2.50 per night because the room had a coffee pot & ironing board even though they were not requested or used. This is the closest to consumer fraud that I have ever experienced.”

• Rooms were newly decorated with new furniture.
• "Truck stop" location, noisy, questionable safety, "motel" layout.

“This is a converted motel in the middle of a paved lot with only outside entrances. Truckers stay there and it's surrounded by truck stops. It did not appear to be in a safe location considering the people wandering around outside the property. ”
