• Hotel is okay, but not good experience.
• Carpet was dirty and towels were old, bathroom were old style, need renovation, breakfast had no tea and mugs covers were of not right size

“Dated older property needs updating badly. Trash overflowing and in big piles around outside receptacles for both days of our stay. I had to produce my confirmation print-out receipt to prove the rooms were already paid-in-full.”

• Clean room. It looked like it was recently remodeled.
• Lobby was torn up, no front desk but a table instead.

“Not a bad hotel for the money. It was clean with fairly recent renovation it appeared. The location is right next to the highway, so it is easy to find. The rooms are outside, so it's a little loud but not too bad.”

• Staff was friendly, hotel room was clean.
• Did not feel safe at night when getting some children out of car.

“The hotel room was nice, staff was very pleasant. By living in Dallas I know the location and I did not feel safe at night with getting small children to the room and while trying to carry food and open the door to let the children in. We stayed there because the home we were buying was not ready yet.”

• Location, They were in the middle of remolding and everything including parking was a mess.
• Although there were plenty of rooms available, they put us in the room closest to vending , very loud.

“It is difficult to get to. Heavy traffic. Bathrooms were at best rated low. Porceling was wearing off bottom of tub. Even tough fresh paint, it was a poor job by amateurs. I would not recommend this motel.”

• Housekeeping staff was courteous.
• Mattress was less comfortable than the floor.

“The carpet in the room was filthy, staff was unfriendly and flippant, Internet connection was unreliable at best, there was constant noise at unreasonable hours of the day and night, water in shower got barely up to lukewarm most of the time, and the mattress was of such poor quality that I never slept longer than 1 hour at a time and had to see a chiropractor at the end of my stay. This was the worst hotel experience of my life by far.”

“There was too much noise from the high way. There was light all around the door. The weather stripping was gone. The first room had a burn hole in the bed-spread even though it was a no smoking room, it was very smoky smelling.”

• The location of the hotel is just of I-75 in Richardson and close to every where.
• The rooms are disgusting, They are not fit for people.

• Other guests, college, high school sports teams, running around at 4 am.

“My biggest problem with this hotel was it didn't me the expectations I had. The pictures provided were not of this hotel, nor was it actually located in Richardson, it was in north Dallas. While the hotel was pleasant enough, and it was not the hotel's fault that the majority of its rooms were filled with teenagers on sports teams that were running wild at all hours.”
