• Very friendly staff, night-time quiet, breakfast was good.

“Comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and linens. Nice TV selection.”

• Bathroom amenities (shampoo, etc.) were nice.
• The check-in service was terrible, the restaurant (food and service) was mediocre at best.

“Check-in clerk did not appear to know have familiarity with their system, then registered us to an occupied room where we barged in on the current resident. It took a different attendant, and another wait, for us to finally get our room. Our restaurant experience was that once we were seated we had virtually no service. Food was unremarkable considering the cost. Common, economy-rate accoutrements were lacking (no newspaper, even in the lobby, no easy check-out procedures). I have had many better experiences at much cheaper hotels. It's too bad, because it is a nice facility. I've also sent a letter with specific complaints to the management, waited nearly two weeks for a response, and received none.”

• My son loved the pool, and it was well taken care of.
• I did not like there was not a continental breakfast.

“Over all, I was impressed with this hotel. My son loved the swimming pool with the two children's slides, the water was nice and warm. The room was very clean.”

• It was clean, quick service and friendly.
• Should put bottle water in refrigerator.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for amenities and for comfort. It is a quiet hotel. Service is outstanding and the building and grounds were very clean and inviting.”

• The pool area offered entertainment for kids of varies ages.
• A bit of a drive to the shopping and attractions of Fargo.

“I liked the friendly staff and the overall feel of the hotel. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained. The pool area is perfect for kids of all ages. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Fargo area.”

“Courtyard in Moorhead is my favorite hotel in the area. We shopped hotels when my daughter first came up to college. Once I stayed in the Courtyard, I no longer wanted to stay any where else. The rooms are clean, breakfast is excellent with lots of variety and staff is always friendly.”

• The location was great; room was comfortable & clean, spacious.
• No bedspread, just a cheap runner for the foot of the bed, no continental breakfast&

• I bed was very uncomfortable.

“This is a very nice hotel the staff were very kind. The breakfast buffet was excellent and reasonably priced. Other then the hard bed the hotel was very nice.”
