• The smell, rude staff, unclean.

“It was unclean, smelled awful and the staff was rude. It was very hard to find and when I called to ask for better directions, I had to call several times before I was able to talk to anyone.”

• Convenient.
• This hotel is in desperate need of remodeling.

“This hotel needs to be remodeled. It looked as if someone had started to repaint but did not finish. The carpets were very dirty. Bird droppings on entryway sidewalk smelled horrible, needs to be cleaned off.”

• We only had to stay there one night.
• Smelled bad, noisy, small room and bathroom, poor quality bedding, noisy hallway.

“This hotel did not meet my expectations for a Wyndam hotel at all. The carpets were stained, the hallways were too narrow for people with luggage to pass each other, the walls needed painting, the sheets did not fit the bed, the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke. Most Motel 6's I have stayed in are nicer (this is not an exaggeration). Thank goodness we only had the room for one night, when we then moved to the hotel for the conference we were attending, a Westin less than half a mile away and a world away in terms of quality and service.”

• Nothing, it was a hot mess.
• Everything. It was stinky, poorly kept. Wretched desk staff with no service skills.

“I feel very sorry for you if you are stuck staying in this "hotel". It is really awful. From the hard beds to the stinky hallways, the broken iron, hairdryer and TV. Messed up my car. Noisy loud hallways. Overall really trashy low rent and miserable.”

• The only positive was the bath & body works shampoos.
• Horrible smell, horrible room, horrible service.

“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! We arrived in Dallas at about 2am, we were tired and just wanted to find our hotel. After we called the hotel to get directions, not only did the lady at the front desk tell us all of the wrong ways to go, but when we called back numerous times after being lost for an hour, she did not answer. When we finally got to the hotel, no wonder nobody was answering, no one was at the front desk! So we waited a few minutes and when she finally came to the desk and was not even friendly. The hotel had a horrible stench and all of the carpet on the first floor was wet. Our rooms weren't any better. Thank God we only had to stay there for one night.”

• They included a nice disposable razor with the shampoo.
• I have never been treated so poorly by a hotel repeatedly over several days, only to be gauged during a hurricane.

“This hotel is clearly a dump that has been masked to appear like a fancy hotel. The location did not feel secure, and the noise from the highway was non stop.”

• Keys, staff, and housekeeping.

“The hotel is in a great location, and is ok overall. It's nothing special. The staff is ok. The hotel has a very touchy/sensitive key-card system. Seems like the keys get messed up by cell phones and credit cards or so I was told by the staff when I complained. Also the side entrance into the tower worked 10% of the time I was there when asking the staff why I was told 'it's because of the rain'. The cleaning staff only would give me 1 clean washcloth each day (started with 2), which seemed weird. The housekeeping also gave me a complimentary ladies razor - I could never figure it out.”

• The room was good.
• The staff would bang on my door loudly until I answered even in the shower one time and on a business call another.

“If the staff was trained a little better it would be good, however the banging because they wanted me to move my car, place another type of chair in my room or housekeeping because it was terrible. I couldn't get any work done.”

• Workout facility, air is ice-cold, fridge.
• Staff is rude, small rooms, bathrooms, mattress and pillows hard.

“This hotel, even though in a renovation has some major problems: 1. The staff is rude - continually knocked on my door actually banged on my door everyday every hour for housekeeping, to put a chair in my room, to move my car, it was horrible, I am on conference calls - and they are banging. 2. The mattresses were hard as a rock and springs were coming up through the bed sheets, the pillows had stains on them and they have not been changed in years, the cable sucked.3. For the price I was charged - I could have stayed at another hotel that was nicer. Stay at your own risk.”

• The lobby staff front desk was kind at check in when we wanted to switch rooms.
• It was very dirty (halls and room), it smelled bad and the bathroom was small.

• Very nice and pleasant staff.
• Shuttle was unavailable most of my stay. Staff was confused and told me it was avail/not avail several times.

“It was a little dirty. The carpets throughout and also the room seemed like maybe they didn't properly prepare them between guests, it just seemed a tad dirty. The room was extremely small but functional. We had uninterrupted free internet. The pool was okay, but the staff lurks around every time someone goes to the pool. I think they are just watching per their boss, still a little strange. They offered shuttle, which I needed since my car broke down during the stay. First it was available, then not available, which I found out at the last minute on my way to an important class. However, two different managers took me and picked me up on one day (I did have to get a little insistent, since they had told me it would be available). After that I had to work the bus system, except they did give me a ride when I checked out. The guy driving the van argued with me about the directions, but in the end I was right. The halls and the elevators were super hot, but I felt guilty, silently complaining, due to the need to conserve energy. I think I more annoyed, but the staff was so nice. Overall not bad for the money.”

• A few receptionists are very helpful.
• The hotel location, bad neighborhood.

“My car got broke in, vandalized and a broken windshield. Its located in a very bad neighbor according to everybody. I didn't know that.”

• Can't think of anything.
• It was dirty, the beds were hard, the TV did was static with the A/C running.

“I will never stay at this hotel again. It was over priced for what I got. The beds were so hard and the sheets did not even fit. The bathroom was so small there was no counter space. It was dirty there was hair on the bathroom floor. The shower had standing water in it! And if the A/C turned on the TV would become unclear! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”
