• 1st room was really not made, 2nd room no AC, 3rd room found 2 needles and no alarm clock.

“1st room that I got, the room was not even clean. The towels were hanging in the bathroom with lipstick, bed not made, TV on, dishes dirty. 2nd room was clean but no AC. 3rd room had cold air but found 2 needles, no alarm clock, no iron, and found a bottle cap underneath the air.”

“The hotel staff was completely incompetent, and the manager will offer no apologies and could care less if her staff has completely ruined your stay. I was walked in on in my pajamas two days in a row when my reservation was deleted and they sent in a new guest with a key to my room. My key card had to be replaced every night when I got off work because my reservation would be deleted out of their system every day. I would look elsewhere, this area is completely saturated with other hotels willing to treat you respectfully and like you should be treated as a paying customer to their hotel.”

• Quiet. Clean. Convenient. Great price and value.
• Electronic room key failed. Staff fixed it. Did not have it ready for me later that evening. Security guard let me in room.

• I liked the upgraded room.
• Poor staff abilities. I didnt like that there was not an attendant at night. Just security.

“This hotel is for singles only. Or for people that are not planning to be in the hotel room very long. If you were throwing a party and didnt care about the room it would be good, but there would be no parking. I was not happy with this experience at all. Nonsmoking rooms smelled of smoke. The attendant didnt know what rooms were clean or unclean.”

• The staff was friendly and efficient.
• The room was small and dingy.

“The room was smaller than average and needed cosmetic repairs. There were gouges in the wall and black streaks on the back of the door. The bed was very hard, but the linens were comfortable. The friendliness of the staff rescued the hotel!”

• Outside needs updating.

• The convenience of the location.
• The cockroaches that were everywhere!

“The hotel has a great location and I would have had a better stay if the cockroaches were not there. I shared my room with the cockroaches and one other and I did not like the fact that there was nothing done about it when I did tell the front desk clerk. Maybe next time they will not have the infestation of small guests that don't pay!”

• Great, safe location for extended stay, and very close from all business if you are alone.
• For early morning check out. You have to call security.

• I loved the staff. They were really nice and showed me they really do care.
• I didn't like the old beds but while I was there they replaced them all and got to sleep on a brand new bed.

• Staff are nice will change your room if your not satisfied. Full fridge/microwave.
• Smokey rooms and no night security.

“The hotel is ok, but they will need to repair/replace some accessories in the room. Some of the rooms are pretty banged up with a series of smokers taking non-smoking rooms and stinking them up. It is very hard to clear/clean a room once a smoker is finished with it. They will need security because of the semi secluded area they are in. I had someone try to enter my vehicle and seen others snooping around late at night on different occasions. I reported it but I am not sure if anyone was in any position to dissuade any would be thief/vandal to not hang around the facilities. They can also install cameras to record any potential crimes being committed. They have cameras at the front desk for their employees; they should take those same precautions for their guest too.”

“TV was broken; when we asked to have our towels and sheets, changed they told us to bring them to the front desk and they'd give us new ones to change on our own. Without any warning or phone call, an angry staff member knocked on our door 30 minutes after checkout demanding to know if we were staying another day.”
