• Loved the suite design and complimentary hot breakfast.
• Paid parking and in convent location of elevator.

“The room was very nice, with two exceptions. The desk chair is placed so that when somebody is sitting in it they are directly in the line of sight between couch and television. The closet light was burned out. I phoned the front desk and they said their help had already gone for the day. The issue was never resolved before we left.”

• Loved the free full hot breakfast, especially the Starbucks coffee. My room was quiet with minimal outside guest traffic and no elevator dings.
• There were no designated smoking areas. Had difficulty getting keyed into the parking garage.

“This hotel was in a good location just off Greenville Avenue and 75. The pool area was beautiful and the breakfast had a good variety of choices. It was very crowded Sunday morning and there was no place to sit at a table. The rooms were nice, not luxurious, but comfortable.”

• Clean, conveniently located, great room with flat-panel TV.
• Desk staff could have been a little more attentive.

“Enjoyed our one-night stay. Very convenient to Park Cities and SMU. Breakfast buffet was very crowded, but everyone was pleasant. Recommend highly.”

• It was in a nice area of Dallas, convenient to shopping and family.
• The breakfast was not very good.

• Well located, but provided privacy and seclusion from noise.
• Food could be upgraded to the remainder of facility.

“Ideally located but provides measure of privacy and seclusion away from busy, freeway noise. Fine shopping and restaurants nearby. Central to most activities in Dallas. Very friendly, accommodating staff.”

• It does not have the huge hotel, busy, buzzing, full of people feeling, Quieter and more simple in feeling.
• No one to help with luggage, no info shared at check in about breakfast or coffee or ice in your room.

“A great location for business or just shopping needs. A quiet atmosphere. Fairly simple, yet nice and inviting. Not the big hotel scene by any means. I like it.”
