• Very beautiful hotel, convenient location.
• There were several items missing from the room, iron, mirror, luggage table, night package.

“ We have stayed at this hotel many times and have been totally satisfied. This time was different in that we weren't asked what type bed we wanted and weren't greeted as friendly as in the past. When we go to our room the luggage holder in the closet was gone, the iron was gone, the mirror that is normally on the bathroom wall used to see behind your head was removed from the wall and the package that is normally left with sleeping goodies in it was not there. We wondered if we were given this room on purpose. I really needed the mirror and iron, and totally missed them. However, they were not items that would ruin our trip. We were okay but wondered why we got that room. Overall, the hotel is great. ”

• Absolutely nothing. The bad experience tainted every possible good thing I liked in the past.
• The hotel staff went out of their way to not make it an enjoyable experience.

• It was very pleasant, coffee in the room, refrigerator. It met the needs we needed.
• Nothing.

“We enjoyed the stay, even though it was one night. We had 2 teenagers and a 6 year old and it was very pleasant.”

• Very spacious with two TV's - king size bed.
• All very well. There was nothing we did not like.

“Internet gave good direction; hotel sign was visible from 635; lobby was attractive; elevators worked well. The staff was friendly, check in and out without a problem.”

• I just love the hotel period for the price. Very classy.

“One thing I don't like is the $50 hold on my debit card for each day I stay. That can get expensive even though the funds are returned at a later date.”

• I really love how quite it was and the room was very roomy and had a living area with a fridge. Very nice.
• The room was a little musty smelling when we first went in but after turning on the air it was fine.

• The roominess of the suite.

“Our room was quiet and roomy. Like that the bedroom can be shut off from the living area and that there are TVs in both areas. We were especially impressed with the visibility of the security.”

• Very convenient to highways, clean, friendly staff, affordable.
• Lack of access - late night. One of the gates are closed after a certain hour. But no major problem.

“A very nice hotel for the price. Free internet service, convenient to major highways, friendly staff, spacious rooms. That's better than that cheap motel who claim to keep the lights on. I travel a great deal and I'm always utilizing on-line deals to book my hotel. This hotel was a very good choice - I highly recommend it! Hope to stay there again.”

• The inside of this hotel was beautifully designed with a romantic atmosphere.
• The front desk clerks were unfriendly and with my disability did not offer assistance.

• Huge room, microwave + refrigerator, good cardio: 2 treadmills, 1 eliptical + 3 bikes.
• Not enought strenght training.

“GREAT place for business, huge suits, free internet, microwave, refrigerator, very comfortable beds, good cardio area (needs more stranght training, it has only a few free weights), very clean, very friendly people.”
