• Very clean, great staff, attractive lobby, great room, ability to print boarding pass.
• No complaints.

“The hotel was close to shopping and the airport. The room was large and clean. The hotel had an attractive lobby and restaurant. The hotel offered the ability to print my boarding pass a big plus.”

• We liked its "openness" in the lobby.
• had no complimentary breakfast & had "fake" plants!

• The open lobby that extends up to the ceiling. Gives an aesthetic quality to the hotel.
• No bellhop to help with luggage.

“Great hotel, friendly, good service, beautiful inside with open lobby to ceiling. Would stay there again. Internet connection was good. Also, hotel has internet kiosk in lobby to find airline gate information, etc.”

• Comfortable beds, clean, Suite with 2 TVs, a living area, microwave, refrigerator and sink.
• Noise from large events in common areas carry to rooms. Manager's Reception or Happy Hour and complimentary breakfast would be a +.

“Nice, clean, comfortable room with lots of space. Enjoyed the living area and kitchenette. Pillows are very comfortable. Staff is courteous and accommodating.”

• Beautiful atmosphere.
• Ran down neighborhood.

“All in all it was a nice hotel. I did break out with a rash after staying here. Hotel personnel did not seem concerned. I am headed to the dermatologist.”

• I liked that the rooms were large.
• The room and amenities were old and needed updating. The TV did not work.

“The evening hotel staff on Saturday night was not very attentive to my concierge needs. No concierge was available and the front desk clerk was rather put out to have to do the concierge job. The room was large, but the kitchen are was extremely dated with a 1970's microwave. The TV did not work.”

• We like the suite room.
• Did not get a king size bed, front desk didn't tell me that.

“We were running last, and called at 11:30 pm confirming the roll a way was in the room as I was told it would be. They were not friendly about putting one in before us getting there. We did not get in till 12:30 am. They did have the roll a way, after I spoke with the manager. However we did not get a King size bed.”

• They had suites which is nice for more than an overnight stay.
• The rooms were very dated and not attractive at all.

“The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave, we ran to CVS next door and stocked up on snacks. It is easy to get to and close to lots of shopping and the downtown area. Nice facilities.”

• Excellent service, cotton duvet, wonderful pillows.
• The mattress was very uncomfortable, it was the only disappointment.

• The bed and space were very nice in the room, I enjoyed my stay.
• No complaints.

“We had a great time in our hotel, the room is great, the food was great, the staff was nice, and the indoor pool is a great during a winter stay.”

• Gave us room right next door for our kids, had Sunday paper waiting at door in the morning.
• Loved everything about it, best hotel ever stayed in.

“The hotel was clean, I mean super clean. In fact it was such a comfortable stay, when we left we went to the store and purchased the down comforters and pillows that helped us get such a good nights rest, Very kid friendly also, our teenagers loved having a room with enough space and things to do great hotel five star in my book.”

• It was beautiful.
• I didn't find out about the "non free" breakfast until after I ate. It was $40 (ouch).

“Good hotel, good rooms, nice place. Make sure you don't eat breakfast (It is overpriced), and make sure you don't drink out of the glasses. The coffee cup still had coffee in it from a previous guest, and one of the glasses has a milk stain in it from a previous guest.”

• The size of the room.
• The room was supposed to have been non-smoking but it spelled of heavy smoking.

“I believe the hotel to be a very nice place but the particular night I stayed, there was a convention for future junior statesmen. For the better part of the evening it was very noisy due to the number of teenagers attending the conference.”

• Suite was excellent - greatly appreciated the microwave and refrigerator.
• No automatic door into hotel-hard w/2 bags & only wireless in room, didn't have wireless laptop.

“Two automatic doors would be appreciated since it's hard to get two suitcases through a pull door with the wind blowing against it. Fully recommend hotel to others, which I've already done.”

• The bed was a little firm, but not too bad.

• Lobby Presentation as a Whole. Everything looked extremely professional and well maintained.
• The countertop of our restroom was not thoroughly cleaned and our mattress needs to be replaced badly.

“I set this suite up especially for my boyfriends birthday. I decided it would be a nice, romantic 'get away' for the both of us. He was quick to point out the countertop in the restroom and I was the one who had problems with the mattress because I have arthritis. Other than that, I was VERY pleased and would go back in a heart beat!”
