• This hotel has spoiled us for life. Perfect decor, amenities, wow on the breakfast!
• Only that we could not have stayed longer. It was absolutely tremendous!

“This hotel is a gem! It is so beautifully decorated! After traveling with our two wonderful children for sixteen days, it was nice to be able to pull out a very comfortable sofa bed for them and close the door on a stylishly-appointed bedroom just for us! Having their own TV was a favorite, too! We all felt as if we had walked into the Taj Mahal, and we needed this feel on Day 18 after road-tripping to CA and back in 19 days! Though right on the freeway, it was so quiet (we were in the back). We could not believe a breakfast was provided even with the extended stay/kitchenette status, but it was the best and most surprising breakfast of the trip! It was loaded with choices, both hot and cold, and it wowed us. Even down to a Texas-shaped waffle iron! This hotel left no stone unturned. The staff was courteous, appreciative of our affirmation, and anxious to please. We honestly are spoiled for life.”

• Friendly staff. spacious room, very clean and comfortable.
• Somewhat difficult to get to from the loop.

• Very clean and comfortable. Desk people were very friendly and helpful.
• I have nothing to complain about.

“The ladies at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when we ask directions to a restaurant or theater. The hotel was clean and comfortable and we would quickly go back for another stay.”

• Clean, Friendly, Convenient, Good Amenities.
• Long walk to front desk.

“The property was exactly what we wanted. The only problem was the Queen bed instead of King, but this was not insurmountable. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning.”

• Smelled food from other rooms.

“Nice room, difficult location to reach, almost hidden, but conveniently located to shopping and eating. Overall good experience.”

• The breakfast was good
• The hotel.

“It was hard to find from the airport, when I got there the staff would rather talk with each other than assist anybody that was standing there, the rooms were dirty and smelled like smoke and its support to be 100% smoke free. Also the maintenance was poor my air would not work also the fridge, and the TV. ”

• The location isn't the easiest to get to.

“I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay at the Residence Inn. The staff was accommodating, and the room was immaculate and very comfortable. I loved having free high-speed Internet access because it allowed me to work. This hotel also provides a very nice work station in each room.”
