• I think it was a very clean room plus all the accommodations were excellent.
• We were pleased with everything.

• Location, price.
• They would not accommodate us by getting us two rooms in the same section of the hotel when we requested this upon arrival.

“Great hotel In everyway except they would not accommodate us by trying to get us two rooms in the same section of the hotel upon arrival. They gave us room on one side of the hotel.”

• They provided us with a fridge at no cost and the Courtyard was very nice.
• We liked everything.

“It was a nice place to stay in an upscale area. Lots of great restaurants were close by. They had a shuttle that would take you to restaurants or shopping. Staff was very helpful. It was great.”

• Beautiful location and the rooms were very clean. The staff was outstanding!
• Not a lot of parking.

“When we arrived, a very nice lady checked us in. She quickly gave us our room card keys and even made a special effort to get us in a room, where we had quick and easy access in and out. Did not eat there but I did notice the breakfast buffet was a little pricey ($9.95). Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. We had a very good experience!”

• We stayed in room by pool, and loved how we could get to pool and hot area.
• Finding the ice machine.

• Staff was OUTSTANDING.
• A little farther from fields (traveled from fort worth to play softball in McKinney).

“I don't remember his name but the clerk who checked us in, was great! We arrived Friday around 7, this man did a great job. Restaurant for buffet Saturday morning was GREAT.”

• It's a Marriott  consistency.
• Lobby area had many adults drinking alcohol they had purchased off site.

“Great place for business traveler due to facilities and features and proximity to George Bush Toll way.”

• Water shut off - plumbing problems.

“Bad first impression when arrived and water was shut off until 4am. After diving 4 hours from Houston, running water and restroom facilities would have been nice.”

• Very Clean, large room comfortable beds, close to restaurants and my grandchildren.
• Nothing.

• They are doing some work/renovation at this time, but only temporary.

“We had a great stay. Our room was clean, nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable and we got a great night's sleep. Breakfast was good with a lot of food choices, including hot items. We would definitely stay here again!”
