• Within walking distance of the convention center (but really not safe to walk).
• Where do I begin? Not safe!

“This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. The hotel staff was indifferent, not friendly at all. The first room they gave me was smelly and dirty. The carpet was dark green and you could see the filth on it. The wallpaper was old and peeling with stains all over the walls. The clothes dresser had crayon circles all over it. It was very loud because the hotel is surrounded by freeways and the heat/AC unit is in the single pain window so it sounds like you are outside. There are homeless people all around the hotel. I asked for another room and the next room they gave me was even grosser. When I opened the bed the blanket had cigarette burns and Im sure it had never been washed. The sheets looked dirty so when I smelled the pillow I dry heaved. It smelled like someone was sleeping in this bed for months and it had never been washed. I checked out fast and they did not make me pay. Not in a safe area. I have no doubt hookers frequent the hotel as I saw one checking in as I was checking out. Call the local police to get the real lowdown on this hotel.”

• The people were very rude to quests at front desk. room filthy. Worse customer ever experienced!
• The worse customer service and filthy rooms.

“Front desk staff was rude to guests. She was arguing with people checking in. Hotel elevator not working unless front desk clerk use her key. No continental breakfast as advertise. I have been traveling for over 20 years but I have never experience a hotel clerk telling a customer if they did not like the way she handle the reservation, he can take his credit card and leave. She also challenged my reservation because she did not have it on record. I was lucky I had my laptop with me because she was about to tell me to comeback once I found it. The owner's husband was there and all he can say was the hotel belongs to his wife. Never again will I ever stay here. Please tell everyone.”

• No food within walking distance. must have car.

• Zero amenities, beyond coke machines

“Although it is close to downtown Dallas, it is in a nasty section of town, with vagrants surrounding the place.”
