• The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and I would stay again.
• I was looking for a bit more romantic environment, you had to pay for every little thing.

“The Westin City Center Dallas is in a good location for the Downtown area. It is clean, the beds are comfortable and the center has several nice attractions, i.e. an ice rink. I would most likely go back with my children and stay on vacation. This is a very busy hotel and not really geared for a romantic getaway weekend. Breakfast is not included, only Starbucks coffee. The first is on the house, if you want more than 2 cups you have to pay.”

• I liked the bed and the shower.
• It was in a very inconvenient location. The parking was not very convenient either.

“The amenities in the room are nice. I don't think I would stay here again though. The parking was very inconvenient. There are very limited parking choices when staying at this hotel and neither of them seemed very safe. The good thing was a mall in the hotel which meant I didn't have to go driving around the confusing streets to find something to eat.”

“Loved our stay here. Brent in the lobby brought us cokes late one evening and was such a gentleman. Everyone was so accommodating.”

• The front desk was so helpful!
• The valet parking was too expensive! 18.00 for one night!

“The beds are amazing, we slept like logs. The shower was super, the service was excellent!”

• Hotel had a nice view of the city and very comfortable beds.
• We consulted the concierage about things to do in the area, but he was not very helpful.

“Our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was centrally located. Although we would have preferred free parking, there was a lot available directly across the street at a fairly reasonable cost which made it convenient for us to come and go without a lot of hassle.”

• The hotel has a very soft beds, which I enjoyed greatly.
• Parking is the biggest problem, it costs too much to park at the hotel.

“I really enjoyed the hotel. It has a very soft bed, great shower, and a nice view from the window. The only problem was limited parking and it was too high, 12$ a night or 18$ a day for valet parking is ridiculous.”

• The cookies and fruit in the lobby.
• Charging for bottled water.

“Good location relative to downtown and the freeways. The bed was comfortable and the high speed internet was very easy to purchase and log on.”

• I love the beds and the bathroom amenities.
• The valet parking staff.

“The experience here was great except for the very end, when it took 30 minutes to get my car from valet parking. Other than that, it was a great place to be, great location.”

• They accepted my Starwood Preferred status and upgraded me to the Preferred Level floor and room.
