“The hotel was very nice and the furnishings were much better than a typical hotel. However, for the star rating, I would think breakfast would be included, as well as a few other things. Overall though, I would recommend this hotel to other people. It is in walking distance, if you like to walk, to many restaurants, and a few salons, but that is about all it is around as far as walking goes. The rooms are more upscale than a typical hotel, but a little small for the star rating. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.”

“Hotel Crescent Court is a beautiful, luxurious hotel with top-notch service. The hotel is located in a fabulous part of the city with many restaurants within either walking distance or a short drive. I would return whether it was for leisure or business travel or for a romantic weekend.”

“Valet and check-in was a breeze. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby and grounds are beautiful. Our guest room was a disappointment. Expected more comfortable bedding, larger room, more unique decor. A/C did not seem to work properly.”

“I've stayed at this hotel once before and was pleased with the service. However, I made reservations here for two rooms for two nights for my brother's graduation. The Marketing Director called me three days prior to our arrival and said we no longer had the reservations because a group had extended their stay. They offered us two rooms at an inferior hotel and we still had to pay full price for the new hotel. They offered us only one night's complimentary stay at the Crescent Court as compensation. Because the graduation was only 3 days away, all nicer hotels were booked at this point and we had to settle paying full price for a hotel that was not of our choice. Beware when you make your reservations here...you could end up without them!”
