• Large clean rooms. Good location.
• Parking is expensive.

“My daughter is a hotel snob. But she loved the rooms in this hotel; they have a couch, dining table, desk, fridge and coffee in the room. It was clean, and close to everything we wanted to see. We got an excellent deal for a change!”

• Location in the middle of everything. Wonderful breakfasts!
• Heater wasn't consistently adjustable.

“I don't drive. This hotel has the ideal location near lots of transit options and lots of interesting things in the neighborhood. Complimentary breakfasts were filling and delicious. Staff was lovely.”

• Staff was helpful re: gas credit card theft report.
• Off site parking garage w/ valet, gas card stolen.

“The hotel is attractive, conveniently located and well maintained. I did not like the charge for valet parking garage separate from hotel. Breakfast buffet was poorly stocked with food, but more was brought in fairly soon.”

• The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful experience.
• Their "on street" entrance is very hard to locate at night. Not very visually impact.

“The hotel is wonderfully located for downtown adventures. The staffs (from the front desk folks to the support star) were very friendly. They took time to ask questions and offer services. The room was clean. It was just what we needed where we needed it!”

“Check in didn't get enough information and after left room for the night upon return was locked out because there was no record of me. ”

• They charged for parking.

“We were pleased overall with the hotel. It is a good location that is easily accessible to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Everything we wanted to do was close by the hotel.”

• Friendly staff. Great rooms. Clean.

“On sat. & sun. The hours for the breakfast started too late. No parking available without paying. Could be a better arrangement with local lot owners. Had great breakfast bar. Staff throughout was fantastic.”

• In terms of my business needs, good location to train and convention center.
• Safety of the area is questionable, no business center!

“Overall, the hotel was ok. It was in a convenient, if not completely safe, neighborhood. There were tons of restaurants nearby to grab a quick dinner after a long day of business. It was very conveniently located to the convention center - you could walk or take the train 2 stops. I was disappointed, though, that there was no real business center and the internet connection was unreliable.”

• The free shuttle offered is not available on weekends.

“I would recommend it to anyone. It surpassed my expectations in every way - and no extra charges (energy, etc.) At the end!”

“Great location in the warehouse district in downtown Dallas. Very close to a number of restaurants and shops. Nice suite layout. Maintenance looked to be an issue. TV was unplugged and remote control did not work.”

• The hotel was very clean. The location was prime for visiting Dallas and it's night life.
• It was clean and they had valet parking.

“The hotel was great for the price that I got it for. There are many restaurants around there. It is very close to the I-35 and access to other major roads. Breakfast was good and had a good selection. Wireless Internet connection was free and there are security there at night just because the area is not that great, it is downtown. There are lots of activity at night, people can be seen walking around. There is a great aquarium across the street. Great place to stay, I'd stay there again without question.”

• The location was right downtown and convenient to everything.
• The staff had incorrect information on two different occasions and our wake up call was 15 minutes late.

“The rooms were large and clean with a nice view of the city skyline. The hot buffet breakfast included was great. The location was right downtown and convenient for business or sightseeing. Small but clean pool.”

• Very large room, beautiful appearance, marble sink.
• The outdoor signage isn't adequate. I drove right past it the first time. Also, valet parking is $18.

“I definitely enjoyed my stay at the Springhill Suites Dallas Downtown West End. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean everywhere. The continental breakfast was adequate. I didn't like having to pay $18 for valet parking, but the valets were fast and polite.”

“The Spring hill Suites Dallas was a wonderful hotel. They offered hot breakfast, valet parking, and the staff was very friendly. It felt as though they welcomed me home each time I returned from sightseeing.”
