  • Skyline view was fabulous. Available with preferred club card.
  • Hot tub is on outside deck, train near could be a problem for some.

“ This was really wonderful for my business purposes. It was convenient and very comfortable. I was given my preregistered request. The close Amtrak/Dart train track could be a problem for some, but I found it rather an attraction, once I became accustomed to the noise. Very nice stay.

  • Location.
  • Noisy room near train tracks.

“Our room was on the 19th floor facing railroad tracks that ran all day and night. The TV remote and A/C did not work, and the room was very warm.”

  • Great location, great views, great beds, pillows, and very clean rooms.
  • It did not allow pets.

“This is a great hotel for business or vacation. It has several things to do at the hotel and it is close to many attractions.”

  • Central location to many attractions. Spacious, clean, safe, and friendly.
  • Valet parking only even though they were very friendly and efficient.

“Above my expectations as a first time Price line user! Friendly, safe, and clean . Hotel lobby has an impressive view.”

  • Very service oriented. Customer came first.
  • While dining for breakfast, the waitress did not come back to see if I needed anything else.

“Fabulous. Had a great room with a fabulous view from the bed.”

  • This hotel knows how to provide service.
  • I wish we could have stayed longer.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were plush and I would definitely love to stay here again.”

  • Large, beautiful facility. Most of the staff was friendly.
  • Loud trains all night. Water at $4.50 a bottle. Cost $10 "each" time you parked.

“Large, new facility. Rooms were small, nice. Very difficult to find. Loud trains all night as this hotel is directly behind Union Station. Cost $10.00 "each" time you parked. A 20 oz. bottle of water cost $4.50. The hotel would not honor my request to extend my stay for another night at the same price, and told me I would have to contact Priceline.”

  • Reunion tower - had drinks at top overlooking the city = very romantic!
  • Stay was not long enough.

“Awesome view, friendly staff, wonderful accommodations!”

  • Location near rail line to get around town.
  • Parking was a problem when we returned back to the hotel on Saturday evening.

“This is a fine hotel with easy check-in and check-out computers. We love the large windows in our room to look out over the City. Room supplies were limited - you were just given the minimum in soap, coffee, etc. But they were quick to respond to requests for another bathrobe, etc.”

  • I love the beds in this hotel-very comfy. Overall great hotel!

“Great downtown hotel with wonderful views. The hotel has a beautiful lobby with helpful staff. The rooms are very comfortable, well appointed and clean. The beds are heavenly. I love it when I win this hotel on Priceline.”

  • Very comfortable beds.
  • No fridge or microwave in room, only valet parking.

“Although this was a very nice hotel for business travelers, I would have preferred a microwave and fridge in the room, as I was traveling with very small children. The pool is an outdoor one and not open when it's raining and quite small. The restaurants were all very expensive by my middle class standards. My children enjoyed the view of the trains at the train station directly below the hotel.”

  • The atmosphere outside of the hotel room was wonderful.
  • My breakfast was brought to the hotel room without the liquids covered. The jam I had for breakfast had been used and resealed. Carpet was dirty.

“The carpet was dirty even if it was dimly lit well. I was served reused jelly on my breakfast tray that was brought to my room for breakfast. Greatly disappointed about that and that all my liquids were not covered.”

  • Abusive parking policy - overpriced internet access.

“20 dollar per day valet parking is almost obligatory - otherwise one has to walk 1 block outside uncovered to an outside uncovered lot to park - fetch one's car at $10 per entrance (no in/out privileges). The wireless internet costs $12.95 per day. These necessities (for me) boost my rent by additional 44% cost. There are plenty of other good hotels in the area.”

  • Clean.
  • No free internet.

“I was very dissatisfied with my stay at the hotel. There were kids running up and down the hallway early in the morning. This hotel charged for basic internet use of over 10 dollars, ridiculous. The room was very small, the TV was very old, the room had a old smell, deplorable. When I complained about the problems the staff was friendly but offered no resolution, horrible.”

  • Room is large.
  • Location, train noise, looked a bit old.

“Wherever I was I heard the train every 15min. It was awful despite being on a higher floor. The location is relatively OK but not exactly what i had thought when I booked it.”

  • The bar staff was very friendly and attentive.
  • Guest room needs to be updated. Hard surfaces in the bathroom are 2/3 star level. Fabrics and furniture in bedroom are in bad shape and outdated.

“Public spaces of the hotel are large, open, and are great for gathering with groups. The guest rooms (at least the wing I stayed in) is outdated. Gigantic armories in the bedroom, thought those went away 4 years ago. Bathroom finishes are outdated. The Kleenex tissue box is built into the counter.”
