• Clean sheets, comfortable beds, big bathroom, and roomy.
• Valet not worth $21/day and intrusive. Staff not real helpful or informed if newspapers are available (one said no newspapers at this hotel).

“ Room was open and roomy with contemporary style. Sheets are very clean and comfy bed! Mandatory valet at $21/day (incl tax)- I found a bit too much. I don't care for being rushed to get out of my car with the valet pulling at my door, when I am getting my stuff together. Valet cost was not told to me up front. I don't find valet convenient at all (plus the cost). I asked a staffer in the lobby where the newspapers are - he said "no newspapers at this hotel". The next day I see a stack! I complained. Desk staff could be more polished and helpful. ”

• The pool's heater was broken so there was no swimming for the kids.

• Very spacious rooms!!
• The charges they put on the card without approval or notification.

“Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly front desk staff. The rooms are amazingly spacious and clean. They only have valet parking at $20/night. Beware!! They charge your credit card for incidentals without telling you beforehand.”

• Very clean.
• No vending machines at all, no where to get chocolate. Hot tub was not hot.

“Bar staff was excellent. If decorated more tastefully would easily be a 5 star hotel, the rooms are nice, but had an "Austin Powers" feel to the lobby, it has pink florescent lights behind the check in counter, mushroom like chairs in the lobby, very 60's. But nice and clean. There are no vending machines so take your own snacks & water.”

• Convenient location.
• Valet parking is the only option and it is way overpriced.

“Great location. Upscale food court at the mall is within walking distance. Great stay for shoppers, business travelers, etc. Booking through Priceline will save you tons of money versus booking directly through front desk or online.”

• Clean and centrally located.
• Sterile atmosphere.

“This is okay if you like the modern sterile type of atmosphere. I didn't like the forced valet. I can walk the 20 feet to my own car. Thank you very much.”

• The accommodations and staff were fabulous. Made us feel very special. Rare these days no matter what one pays.
• Parking due to construction and mandatory $18/day valet parking.

“Location, amenities and staff were all absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel. I do hope the mandatory valet parking will change though. This is really pricey, especially if one comes and goes often all day due to tipping. All in all, one of our best experiences.”

• Not only is the hotel beautiful and comfortable, but they are pet-friendly which was such a welcome surprise!
• You have to pay for parking each day.

“This hotel is a modern and beautifully decorated. The rooms are large and very comfortable. It is located in a great spot - right across from the Galleria. The best part was that they are pet-friendly. We had a great time!”

• The location was great.

“This hotel had a great location. It sits right next to the Galleria Mall and is very close to highways that can get you in and around Dallas. Very nice hotel and the rooms were very large and spacious.”
