• I loved that the staff of hotel had no problem in letting us choose the top floor of desire and were not at all hesitant in any way what so ever.
• I did not like that they have no complimentry breakfast bar it makes it so so much better when you dont have to pay $20.00 for one person a meal.

“I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt for it was a wonderful stay they are friendly provide the best of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel in side and out the pool is small but cute and tidy heated also very nice and neat i would love to reccomend to all my family and colleges to stay here in the near future!”

• Convenient to restaurants and Galleria. Quiet and clean.

• Loved the lobby area; very modern decor/furniture.
• The closet was too small.

“This hotel was awesome; our room was spacious with all the comforts of home. The coffee bar and made-to-order breakfast were the best. We loved the separate sitting area in our room and enjoyed the very large screen TV. We will definitely return to this hotel our next trip to Dallas.”

• Ok, fitness facility.
• Extremely small rooms. Felt like NYC room. Tiny.

“The location of the hotel was ok, near downtown. Good value breakfast buffet for $9.95, ok fitness facility and pool, free internet but the rooms were tiny and the beds uncomfortable.”

• Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room with great amenities.
• More drawers for clothes would have been nice but that is a small thing that is easily outshined by all the great things about the hotel.

• Front desk was very helpful on phone and in person. They customized our accommodations upon arrival.
• The shower - bathroom was a little cramped.

“For business travelers or those vacationing in North Dallas, this is an excellent location for access to shopping, driving, and restaurants. My teens loved the flat screen TV which they immediately put to use with their Xbox 360.”

• They are in the process of training you to self serve.

“Nice new clean hotel, but they are training the customer do everything for him. a machine checks you in, gives you a key, here is where you get your food & charge it to your room, etc.”

• Friendly staff; great continental breakfast; great workout room.
• Our room had blood stains on the carpet.

“Great friendly, helpful staff; continental breakfast items were healthy, fresh and plentiful & great coffee; workout room had great equipment, was clean and had good towels and separate ear-covers for headphones; free daily newspapers available to guests; facilities were clean and quiet. Only concern was the blood-stains on the carpet - in this day and age, am sure those could be cleaned up so that they weren't visible. Probably could have requested a different room but decided to just wear out shoes anytime we were in the room. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.”
