“Hotel was excellent. Bring lots of change for toll roads if you plan on driving around. I think it was $1.35 to get on the NDT right by the hotel. Numerous restaurants and bars are nearby if you choose to go out.”

• The hotel had some nice guest activities, happy hour etc.
• There were some very loud guest allowed to stay loud.

“I got the hotel looking for an extended stay (10 days). The kitchen was nice, but the disposal and ice maker were non-functional. The fixtures (including the toilet) were a little loose, but overall the room was clean and nice to stay in. They have high speed internet and the laundry facility was gratis (no coins). The service staff did a nice job on the room and the breakfast and Tuesday-Thursday night food was very nice.”

“For the value, this is an excellent hotel. The only aspect lacking a ten-star rating was the staff. Everything else about this hotel was great.”

• The pool was nice, the room was big & breakfast was great.
• Nothing.

“Very nice. They had a room with board games, magazines, etc that was open to guests. This was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel. Unfortunately we went on the weekend, but Tue-Thurs they have various activities (cook out at pool, Fiesta night etc). Great hotel.”

• We were just expecting a room - had no idea there would be a full kitchen in there.
• The fact that it was on the toll road and we had to pay toll.

“My daughter and I were very impressed with the whole Stay bridge experience. We woke up to smell the bacon coming from the lobby. I was very pleased with our room - as was she. She started calling her friends to tell them about our hotel room.”

• Where do I begin? Free internet, breakfast, laundry.
• Everything was great.

“I travel 320 days out of the year from the Ritz, Hyatt, and Peninsula to 2 stars and beyond. This is the first hotel in 8 years that exceeded my expectations. Free internet, happy hour, breakfast, laundry, fitness, pool.”

“This was one of my most enjoyable hotel experiences ever. They provided two hot meals, a complimentary get acquainted time and the room was actually a suite with kitchenette. Sorry I couldn't stay longer.”

“My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room, linens, amenities and the staff was very nice and helpful. We were in Dallas on business and our associates all stayed at another hotel and were very disappointed after seeing our wonderful suite. Thanks for the wonderful service and friendly staff.”

• The breakfast bar was awesome, the beds very comfy and the staff was excellent!
• Nothing.

“This hotel far exceeded my expectations. We had a wonderful time. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff was courteous and quick. The morning breakfast that was provided far exceeded any hotel that I've ever been to and I travel quite often!”

“Located in great area. The facility was in great condition. This surpassed previous experiences in Dallas, the room was very comfortable for all my family members, great breakfast, overall I was very satisfied with my stay at star bridge, I would stay there again in the future, and defiantly, would recommend Stay bridge.”

• Nice size room with kitchen!
• Curtains didn't close.

“The only thing that really bothered me was that the curtains didn't close. We were on the bottom floor next to the side door and when the lights were on anyone could see in. Also there were lights outdoors and so sleeping was a problem. The hotel staff was great. Breakfast was decent and we were really impressed with the kitchen in the suite.”

• Location was convenient to my office - good breakfast.
• I was in a handicapped room without a bath tub.

“I was disappointed that I was put in a handicapped room, as I don't like the bathroom configuration. I asked for a change and was told nothing was available. Also, the TV in my room was outdated, and there were no movie options like most hotels. TV location made watching from bed inconvenient.”
