“Hotel was ok it was what I expected and a little more, good customer service on the front desk very friendly staff, the only thing I didn't like is that I stay there for 2 weeks and there is no restaurants around I had to travel a long way to eat.”

“The staff was great, the hotel room was clean and neat. They were very helpful and loved my dog! The only complaint was the breakfast I would have preferred a full bar which they state they have. Instead we only had two choice for breakfast but they were good I like to eat healthy on the road so I would have loved some other choices like fruit, cereal, etc.”

“We believe as we speak this hotel will be demolished this week. It is obviously an old hotel and needs upgrading. There were 2 people and it was business.”

“This hotel used to be a good hotel, when it was a holiday inn. I have stayed in it many times over the last 11 years. But now, as a 'quality inn' it has become run down and poorly managed. It is relatively inexpensive and for good reason. The upkeep of the place is terrible. The bathrooms are unclean. Mold all over the shower tiles. Sink surface and bowl worn and chipped. Toilet was loose and would run on its own about once an hour, wasting water. TV had only about 25 channel selections when nearly all hotels now have about 75. Also, the TV was old with poor picture quality. Inadequate outlets for laptop, phone charger, etc. Old, cheap furniture. Lack of security throughout complex. The so called 'breakfast buffet' is a joke! Until a few months ago it used to be pretty good. Not as good as the courtyard by Marriott, but decent. Now it is not even a buffet, you have to order. They only offer three breakfast choices and they are meager. For example, coffee, eggs, bacon, toast or fried potatoes, and small juice.”

“This hotel needs cleaning and a facelift. The fire escape stairs was missing a door knob. The security lock at the hallway didn't work. The maid pounded on my door at 9 A.M. The do not disturb sign would not stay on the door knob. They were out of bacon, sausage and creamer for the coffee during breakfast. The lobby was kept clean, but the room had water stains, dirt and mildew on the walls and ceiling. The furniture in the room was chipped and dented. The iron didn't work, nor did the hairdryer. I will not be staying there again.”

“On the day that I booked my room at Quality Inn, I called the hotel and asked if I would be able to walk to American Airlines. One of the staff told me that there was no problem for me to walk. When I got there, for safety there was no way I could have walked to AA. When I asked the manager about why one of their employees would tell someone that, the manager asked him. He immediately started arguing with me saying that he walked it all the time and he has never had problem. I asked the manager would she walk that route and she said absolutely not. He said right in front of the manager if I was not happy with what he said that he would cancel my reservation. Of course, the manager stepped in and told him to stop talking but from that moment on, he gave very hateful looks at the group I was in and would say things under his breath. The reason why I asked to walk in the first place because in the past at whatever hotel we stayed at, we have used the vans at the hotel to take us to AA and its a nightmare with all the people involved since its a conference. In fact, because we had to use there vans; it took the one and only driver over an hour to pick up. Because of that and my group being late, we had to drive and pay for the parking at AA. I have never been treated any place as I was and the group with me. Like I said, the manager was nice but she did nothing to help get us there any quicker. I have absolutely no idea what she said to the man who not only was rude but hateful however I felt uneasy walking into the lobby.”

“This is a great location for downtown business travelers, and is quiet, and comfortable. It has met my needs every time I have had to stay close to downtown.”

“Sorry. I will not recommend this hotel. My room attendant was very nice and attentive. Some of the front desk needed to rethink their employment. What happened to service with a smile? And please stop spraying so much roach spray.”

“The hotel was conveniently located to where we were going and the staff was very friendly. We forgot our bag of toiletries and the staff was quick to help offering us a bag of all the toiletries they had to offer. The only complaints I have about this hotel, was that the back door to enter the hotel was propped open all night with a towel. Anyone who wanted to could have gotten in without a key. Also, the door on the inside of the room that led to the room next door wouldn't lock. Apparently they had applied new weather stripping that was too thick, causing the door not to close completely. Overall, I was pleased with the hotel, especially the price!”

“Good place to rest your head. Don't expect much more. Also bring your own can of bug spray between the ants and spiders. And yes I could write a lot more on this rant, but you can guess the rest.”

“We were looking for a hotel just to sleep in for the night that would save us some money in Dallas. This hotel did just that. It is located just behind some very exclusive hotels. They had us go into the side door where they were doing laundry. That was not a good first impression but the room was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and lovely.”

“The outside looks pretty plain and it is in a fairly deserted slightly seedy looking neighborhood. The receptionist was very nice and chatty but assigned me a room that already had someone in it (a middle aged man in his underpants who looked like a serial killer. He wasn't very happy to see me). When I got my own room I was surprised how nice and comfortable it was inside. Clean with a large comfortable bed, good-sized TV, good shower and free internet. The downside was that there was nowhere to get any decent food nearby and I had to order pizza out of desperation. It was 11.30pm on a Sunday though.”

“For the price that I paid for this hotel it was a good stay I felt very safe and everything was very convenient in the area for what I had to do. The staff was very helpful when I needed them to do something especially. My experience was ok and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget.”

“The room was ok; it was pretty clean but with kind of old furniture and carpeting. They didn't have restaurant in the afternoon only for breakfast. No room service and we had to ask for a fridge for our baby's milk. ”

“It's in an industrial region just off downtown. Nothing really stood out, but I wanted a cheap place to rest my head while in town interviewing and it did take care of me. The people at the front desk were good, but I barely spoke to them.”
