“We have not stayed at a Sheraton Suites hotel before but liked having 2 TV's and the bedroom was very comfortable. The employees of the hotel were very nice and helpful.”

“I stayed at the same hotel a week ago, and the room was better the first time. this time, the bed was not made up very well. when i first turned on the shower, dark brown water flowed from the shower for about five seconds. Also, the bathroom floor did not seem as clean.”

“I was very pleased and surprised with the room. I lease a space to a fine import linen store in my area and use imported linens for both bed and bath in my home. I also use high quality pillows on my beds as I usually carry my own when I travel. Having left for this trip in a hurry I forgot them and usually do not sleep well but was most pleased that the pillows at the hotel were perfect and I slept well and got up rested for my busy work day.”

“Well, my over all experience was excellent but they do charge $8 a day for parking. I was there for 2 weeks so you can understand my displeasure with this.”

“Overall, I liked the hotel,
the food at the restaurant was the worse I have ever had. Got a baked potato and it was still raw sent it back and got a steamed potato. If
I wanted a steamed potato
I would have gotten mashed potatoes. Waitress thought it was funny. And the lack of notice ability by the wait staff was unreal.”

“This hotel is a 3 star hotel and my room was beautiful, but there are some serious issues. There was a parking fee which increased the price of the stay 25%. The TV in the bedroom was not working properly.

“Easy walking to the World Trade Center. The rooms were recently remodeled, but they really missed the mark. The overall service was not good. They were not busy, but wait staff would disappear for a long period of time. It seemed that people were not well trained. Employees there who were shining stars and they made things better. Seems to be a definite lack of on hand management.”

“I was disappointed with my stay. Upon arrival, the clerk told me that the entire hotel was non-smoking. Then I found out I had to pay $8 a night during my stay to park my car at the hotel. I was also disappointed to find out the hotel was under construction, and the pool, hot tub, courtyard, and bar were unavailable. All in all I would not go back to Sheraton Suites for the shoddy, unhelpful service, and the quality of the rooms which were missing a lot of furniture and other items due to their revamp.”

“Nice room, but you will pay for everything from water to internet. Renovations will cease and they will eventually give free internet making it a much more pleasant stay. Be sure to have money for parking at night.”

“The rooms here are beautiful. The bedroom is a bit small, but nothing you couldn't handle. The hotel is finishing a $10 million renovation and should be done by the end of September or October of 2008. All rooms sans artwork, a few end-tables and lamps are finished. The remaining items should come in soon, but they are not required to enjoy your stay there. Pool is nice, hot-tub is being re-surfaced as of this writing. Everyone was so friendly and asked about how your stay was going. That means a lot. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to stay in the area. Its very nice.”

“Stayed there last year and had a great experience. Overall this year not bad. Due to construction, many things were not completed in room. Bathroom sink leaked all over the floor. Was fixed immediately but took 6 times of asking for fresh towels after using them to mop up the leakage.”

“Nice hotel, beds were extremely comfortable. Location was good since it is central and close to downtown. The hotel is going through renovations so expect lots of activity. I was not told breakfast was not complimentary even though I asked. Also realize you will have to pay $8 per night for parking.”

“Hotel was under renovation, Lobby Area under construction. Hotel Staff and check in was like a Holiday Inn Express. Room had brand new carpet and furnishings but was very cramped in bedroom and bathroom. Flat Screen TV's loved.”
