• I
  didn't like the hotel at all.
• The hotel refrigerator was broken and falling off of the dresser and also leaking. House keeping didn't even clean our rooms.

“The hotel was horrible and small for the price that we paid for. Would not stay in the hotel ever again. The hotel didn't even have a swimming pool.”

• Nothing it was unhealthy, and unsanitary.
• Everything.

• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• The TV didn't work well/the curtains has holes in them.

• The hotel had everything the area had to offer within walking distance. It was comfortable and I was very satisfied.
• I have no complaints.

“My experience with this hotel was very pleasant. The facility was very accommodating and was right next to a comfortable restaurant. Of all the hotels in the area, this one seemed to have the best location. I would gladly stay there again.”

• The day manager was very helpful, the evening staff was not so helpful.
• The evening help was not helpful as to our concerns of our safety in the area of town that we were in.

“In the evening when he got to the hotel we had to serve around a man in the middle of the road with a beer bottle. We were not sure of our safety and the night clerk was not helpful as to reassuring that we were in a safe place. The day manager was very helpful. Explained the area and that we were safe and I did appreciate it. We actually slept with a chair against the door so we would hear if someone broke in.”

• Bed was comfortable.
• Needs updating, heard gunshots and hollering.

“I was traveling with my husband and young son and felt very uncomfortable after hearing a gunshot around 10 PM. Around 2 am I heard screeching tires and hollering. We did not get any sleep and feel as if our money was wasted.”

• Very clean and attractive. Good karma on hotel in room cards.
• Swimming pool did not seem well cared for and looked unclean.

“The desk people were pleasant and friendly. Close to a Denny's restaurant, although I did not enjoy their food. Possibly ordered the wrong thing. The service was good, convenient.”

• Proximity to event was great.
• There was no available shower chair for disabled person.

“The room and beds were comfortable, but we had to call the front desk for an ash tray (in a smoking room) and when we called to ask about a shower chair for a disabled person who cannot stand in the shower (the room was also supposed to be handicapped accessible), the front desk said there was none. We were both shocked.”

• I liked the close proximity to Denny's.
• The breakfast was a joke, more variety please.

“It wasn't great or anything, but it was clean, good location, I have no serious complaints. I would probably recommend to hotel next door to anyone who asks. We will stay there next year.”

• They replaced the AC unit with a brand new one after I complained it was noisy.
• Rough around the edges in the room. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

“The room was very small and things were rough looking around the edges of the mirror, doors, and trim. Also, I am a woman traveling alone, and at night, I had to be careful going back to my room which is outside, not in the hotel. There were some shady characters hanging out at night when I would get back to my room at around 9:00 pm. The bathroom was funky but clean. The door was torn up on the bottom, the sink was peeling, the tub shower head was new but the hot/cold was very old and installed improperly. A very sloppy caulking and terrible installation job. The TV reception was not great, lots of channels were blurry. I had a rickety old AC unit that was so noisy I could not sleep. The AC unit must have been at least 20 years old it seemed. I wanted to turn it on to drown the freeway noise out so I could sleep, but it was much noisier than the freeway. I asked them the next morning if I could move to a different room. The good thing is that they entirely replaced the AC unit with a brand new one when I was back. The continental breakfast was okay. Bagels, rolls, coffee and juice. I would not stay here again.”

• Dirty and old.

“We had friends staying at the same hotel, they paid more, but they had poor service, their TV didn't pick up any channels (ESPN). We thought the hotel was pretty dirty for the price. Next time we go to Dallas, we won't be staying at that hotel.”

• There were ants in the bathroom. The room was small and dingy.

“This was the worst room I had ever had. There were ants in the bathroom, the television did not work, the shower did not work properly, the faucets were covered in caulking, and the room was small. The first sight that I saw when I arrived was a man in a Mercedes, dressed in slacks and a nice shirt, escorting a woman in jeans and flip flops, who had been driving a cavalier, to the front desk. They were gone from the parking lot two hours later. I will never stay in this hotel again and will not use Ramada either. I could have gone to a different hotel for 10.00 more dollars a night and been next door. This was truly the worst hotel that I have used.”

• We liked that the hotel was close to the interstate and the attractions we attended.
• The breakfast dining area was really small and only had three tables.

“The Ramada Dallas Market Center had obviously been remodeled. The room was what I expected based on the two star-rating - a standard room without any extras. The lobby was nice; however, when we went down to breakfast at 8:15 Saturday morning the dining area which only had three tables was completely full. We made the decision to walk to the restaurant across the parking lot because we had a small child rather than wait for a table or take food back to the room.”

• Filthy room, phone, counter tops.

“This was easily the worst hotel I have stayed in over 1 year and I travel all the time. I don't mind smaller, older places, however, I do mind when they are filthy, unkempt and not safe. Do not under any circumstances recommend the Ramada market center to anyone you like.”

“On Saturday night about 3AM there was a loud disturbance/fight in the parking lot that woke me and a couple other in our group. Seemed a bit scary staying there.”

• The location was excellent and the continental breakfast was filling.
• The room was filthy, stinky, and in need of pest control.

“The room had mold on the curtains and walls. There was a cob web with dead bugs in it. The sugar ants in the bathroom were obviously living there because when I went to tell the front desk, they said they had a can of spray I could take back to the room and use.”
