• The staff were first rate and the property very well maintained.
• Parking was $15 per day.

“This is a great convention style hotel. The parking was a bit of a pain but SOP for urban four star hotels.”

• It was a very nice hotel and very appealing.
• There were no parking areas that they did not charge for. We should have been able to park in the parking lots, away from the hotel w/out having to park area.

• Quite a pleasant surprise, very comfortable setting with a touch of exotic luxury.
• Fee for parking with no option to park anywhere close by.

“The Hilton Anatole is a huge hotel but by no means does it feel like a big empty space. Their staff has a clear definition of friendly service is all about? The room is immaculate, the king bed and the sofa are so welcoming and once you lay on them their comfort level is majestic. My expectations for this hotel were greatly surpassed and I will more than likely make this my default hotel every time I am in Dallas.”

• Quiet, romantic and it had everything you need and more.
• The pool need to be open later.

“I don't travel much but when I do I like to be spoiled, catered to and I want this for not allot of money. The only thing the Dallas Hilton Anatole (The Tower) is missing is a beach.”

• The hotel was very clean and it had an inviting atmosphere from which I was sadden to depart.
• The prices for the mini-bar and room service were a bit steep.

“My stay at the Hilton Anatole was superior. The rooms are spacious and inviting. I felt like a queen there.”

• Quality, appearance, comfort, excellent staff all around, great restaurants, even above adequate shopping!
• Not a thing.

“This Hotel is top notch. I am so impressed with the service, the room decor, the privacy, the feng shui, and the shopping and amenities they have on site! It's a wonderful place to stay. Comfortable with so much class. The staff has all been very helpful friendly and professional. Could not have asked for more.”

• had to pay to park! beds too soft.

“This hotel is very nice and quiet. Downside: had to pay to park, had to walk a lot (it's huge!), and no breakfast included. We did enjoy our night there though!”

• Great ambiance.

“I asked for a King bed for my wife, 9mo son and I and we got what I believe was a full Queen Murphy bed. Our room looked like a conference room with two other room attached (nicer I am sure). The Murphy bed was meant to hide away to allow for business meeting in the room. I did not expect this from a 4 star hotel. Everything else about the hotel was definitely 4 star.”

• Grand open spaces and impressive atriums.
• There's nothing not to like.

“Truly a wonderful hotel with great common areas and nice gardens, even with a piece of the Berlin Wall - very cool. Asian themes throughout and spectacular rooms. You couldn't possibly be disappointed, unless the property is hosting a noisy convention weekend or something. I was very impressed and highly recommend this Hilton.”

• Spacious room and nice décor.
• No bath tub, having to pay $15.00 per night parking and TV not adequate for the Jr. suite, pool too far from hotel.

“While this hotel (Hilton Anetole) is considered to be luxurious, I have enjoyed my visits at Hyatt and Marriot much better. Even to the bedding comfort.”

• Room was great, comfortable. A very nice, big place to stay!
• The coffee in the room was not complimentary. A little "cheap" considering they charge $15.00 a night for parking.

“I would stay there again. It is a very nice hotel. The indoor pool was under construction, but they had tennis courts which we used. All in all, a very nice hotel.”

• Beautiful resort. The grounds were immaculate and the amenities were unparallel.
• Poor sleeping experience. A youth group was present and made noise all throughout the night.

“Several complaints about an otherwise lovely hotel: 1. Paper thin walls. We could hear the elevator bell incessantly throughout the night which was very disruptive. We were not even near the elevators. 2. Parking rules were not explained at check in. We were asked to present a parking voucher when we departed the parking lot but were not given a voucher at check in. 3. The youth group was out of control. Very noisy and disruptive throughout the night. We asked them to 'quiet down' but to no avail. We opted not to call management-just slept fitfully.”

• Everything in the room was convenient for women travelers.
• Rooms with no outside view & very noisy.

“The room itself was very nice, lots of space and well-designed. Too many interior rooms, with no outside view. Hotel was full with a conference with lots of children and the elevators did not handle the crowds well. There is an original building and a tower. Both buildings have registration desks and there is no way to know if you are in the right place until you wait to check in, then are told to go over to the other building. We did not use any of the restaurants or other facilities, since they were too crowded. The attitude of the staff makes this seem like less than a "four-star" hotel.”

“Hotel was clean, extensive grounds that were beautifully kept. Outdoor pool was closed/not well maintained. Hotel staff was very helpful. Indoor pool was nice. Mini bar charges you automatically.”

• It was clean and the bed was comfy.
• Having to pay $15 to park was not good.

“This was a great place to stay and the staff was friendly. We had a clean comfy room, but should have asked to be away from the elevator "beep, beep". It would be nice if the door was more sound proof. A hotel like this should have a refrigerator for the guests and a microwave in each room. The pools looked inviting, but we didn't get a chance to take advantage of them.”

• Comfortable, convenient, spacious, friendly and beautiful.
• Handicap accessibility- sink and bed could have been lower. Would have been nice to have small fridge to store meds and maybe a microwave.
