• I liked the open lobby and garden/pool area where the rooms opened into the pool area.
• The T.V color was not good

“Because we got such a good rate,I was some what worried about the hotel and its surroundings in the city so I was very happy and"wowed" to finda beautiful hotel with all the extras and also comfortable beds such is really the most important feature.”

• Safe, very pretty, nice poolside area, exceptional staff, nice room, nice breakfast
• Air conditioner in two different rooms not working, Never did cool down much couldnt sleep for the heat, water in pool a little murky

“Loved it. The location was a little hard to find but worth it. The staff was wonderful. I was impressed with the staff. The only problem was the air not working, though we moved to another room, that air didnt work either. We barely slept all night. The air is controlled by the office but even after it was on for hours, it never did cool off. Otherwise, I loved it alot. I will stay again, but maybe not when it is hot weather.”

• The hotel was very nice, very clean and the staff was friendly.
• The only thing I didn't like was that our bathroom door did not lock.

“I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I took my youth group from Amarillo to Dallas for the week end and this hotel was accessible to everything we did and was very comfortable for our entire group (24 people) we will stay there on our next trip to Dallas.”

• I liked the space and cleanliness, the location was perfect.
• The staff was not very friendly, they did not respond to any requests, gave wrong information.

“The hotel location was fine, the size was good, the staff was not informed nor did they respond to any requests we made, the bathroom was not draining, had to ask them to clean the room and the floor was not vacuumed even after we requested.”

• It was a little hidden but once located, turned out to be a delight.
• Discouraged on the non-air-conditioned elevator, but was bearable.

“Somewhat hidden but once we located the hotel, it was a delight. The hotel was clean, comfortable and near a variety of restaurants and stores.”

• Location to Belt Line and Galleria great.
• Window of room faced glaring night light from outside.

“The hotel was very clean and up to date very nice. Also, the room we had faced the outside night lights so the room was not as dark as I would have liked.”

• The room and bathroom were large and not crowded.
• Elevators were at the furthers ends of motel.

• Very good location food wise.

“Fantastic for the price, just check your bill as you leave for any mistakes. Great location with many food options near by, also close to shopping. In a nice enough area and central too many areas of interest.”

• Friendly, courteous front desk staff. Efficient cleaning people.
• TV did not have an on screen programming guide.

“This is an attractive hotel in the heart of many restaurants to suit your dinner needs and desires. It is close to a major north or south freeway making getting around easy. Free high speed internet connection that really works.”
