• Location to where I needed to be.
• The parking lot did not feel safe. Too dark!

“Good for budget business trip. Hall decor was old and out of date, did not match rooms decor. Parking lot did not feel secure, lighting was poor.”

• Our bed had a foul order.

“Our visit at this hotel was ok, until we begin to smell something and found out it was from our bed. The hotel house keeper didn't want to give us enough towel to accommodate us.”

• The pool was disgusting and the breakfast was awful.

“Well I would stay again because of staff but the pool was green and the breakfast needs some work.”

• The location was excellent-the staff was very nice.
• Quality should not suffer over price.

“I enjoyed my stay overall. The hotel itself is was slightly older. We usually stay at the hotel next door from this one at LaQuinta. I was a little disturbed by the furniture in the lobby was dirty with stains-and the door to our room looked as though it was somewhere else or had been broken into at one time because there was a filler substance over where the lock is on the outside of the door. Our first night there was a light tan stain on the sheets that perhaps should have been thrown out when the stain was first discovered. Overall for a short stay or short business trip this hotel is ideal-not long term or for leisure trips though. The hotel staff was very attentive and fast.”

• Style of Room was Classy. Hotel personnel very friendly. Breakfast was great.
• No fruit or yogurt at breakfast.

“Room was very clean and decorated in a very classy style. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great and with a nice variety, would have only added fruit and yogurt. The staff was super friendly. Great experience.”

• They let me check in early with no problem.
• Roach hotel! Dangerous broken mirror, dirty sheets!

“I will never stay here again. It was gross! A huge water bug roach in the bathroom and small roaches crawling on the carpet. There was a jagged broken mirror in the bathroom with the edge sticking out just waiting to slice someone for a lawsuit. The sheets and pillow cases had not been changed. There was something that looked like cough syrup on the edge of the sheet that was not mined but the people before me. The shower and the whole room had a dirty feeling to it. They need a new manager, housekeeping staff, and remodeling ASAP. So, if you do not like bathing and sleeping with use sheets and multiple roaches, do not stay here. Nasty!”

• They replaced the A/C unit when it broke.
• They replaced the A/C unit with one that had been in a smoking room.

“I got what I paid for. I will not go back.”

• Real close to all the activities on Beltline in Addison.
• The front Desk people were rude!

“The Front desk help was rude! There was a party a few doors down, I could here them a little bit. The bed sheets were just shy of sandpaper and had holes (Looked like old cigarette burns been cut out).”
