• Love the food!
• Didn't have my room ready at 4 pm and gave me key to fit wrong room.:(

“They didn't have my room ready. Gave me wrong room key. It fit another room and it opened! Took me way to long to get ready for the night.”

“Dispte the hotel being empty, they gave me a room on the traffic side...then placed a young couple in the room next to mine...some common sense when assign rooms on a slow night would have helped.”

“Was pleasantly surprised that this hotel was as nice as it was since it was a Holiday Inn. Location was good and close to lots of great restaurants. Was a nice getaway for my husband and I.”

• The hotel was in a great location for shopping at the Galleria and access to many wonderful restaurants. The staff was very friendly.

“This was a very nice hotel. It has recently been updated and was clean. The staff was friendly and we had no problems with our short visit. It was very close to the Galleria and many restaurants to choose from. The rooms had a sofa and refrigerator and microwave. It was perfect for the price and extremely convenient for what I needed.”

• It had a nice atmosphere and was very clean.
• Sometimes you could smell cigarette smoke, which I am alergic to.

“Overall, I thought that the stay was plesant. The hotel attendant was very helpful and very nice. The room was more spacious than I expected and was also very clean and nice.”

• The staff was very friendly.
• There was a phone outlet hanging from the wall. Easy to fix they just need somebody to do it. Also, most parking spaces are rather narrow.

“Typical small Holiday Inn with a small outdoor swimming pool. If you are looking for a clean no frills place then this place is just what you are looking for.”

• Marble floors, clean, new, near restaurants.
• Smell of cigarette smoke, by airport, construction.

“The hotel is located in the heart of the Addison strip near the best restaurants in North Dallas. Addison also hosts Shakespeare plays, art shows etc. Renovations have given the hotel a nice facelift. Marble floors, a nice lobby, big rooms with pullout sofa and coffee table. Unfortunately it is near a regional airport so there is some airplane noise. Despite the threat of a $200 fine, our room smelled of cigarette smoke.”

• Smelled smoky, cramped rooms, not a 3 star by any standard.

“If you want a cheap stay in a basic room this is it. Just don't have high expectations. Does not compare with the other 3 Stars I have stayed. Overrated big time.”

• Have to eat in restaurant for kids eat free, no room service for kids eat free.

“The location is good for Addison/N Dallas area. The hotel is very quiet. It is not within walking distance of any shopping clubs or restaurants which was fine with me, it is hard to find a hotel in Dallas that offers serenity as in quiet! all of the above were less than 5 minute drive.”

“Clean place to stay. Comfortable and located in an area with many conveniences. Environment seemed safe, rooms were standard, only downfall might be just the area traffic was very busy, although that seems to be a Dallas area problem.”

• The room was very clean and nice.
• The safe deposit box in the closet didn't work and would have liked a Jacuzzi or spa inside or outside.

• Comfy bed, great location, safe in the room.
• The light-blocking part of the drape was missing and we had a big light right out our window.

“We had actually stayed at this hotel before. It appears they are doing some improvements as there were wood pieces in our hall and lots of items in the bottom of the stairwell. The air conditioner was below our window and the short light-blocking part of the drape was missing. Since we couldn't close the long drape without blocking the air, I had to stuff the drape in the window sill, which was poor. It appeared from outside that most of the windows were missing that portion of the drape! We love the Addison area and have stayed at other hotels there. This hotel was nice but not our favorite.”

• There is nothing that comes to mind about this hotel that was pleasant.
• From the entrance to the room I felt as if I was unwelcome and out-of-place.

“If there was anything to say other than the staff seemed to know nothing and have no cares about my stay or comfort while there. I would never stay at this hotel ever again nor would I ever recommend this to anyone I know or even someone I disliked. I couldnt have had a more unpleasant stay in Cambodia.”
