• The price and the location.
• The hotel staff, no clean towel service, and poor customer service all around.

“I was very disappointed my the service I received while staying at this Homestead. I was talked to rudely by the night staff. Plus when we arrived on Thursday we had to wait for our room cause it wasn't ready on time by 3pm.”

• They were able to accommodate me and my children without any problems.
• The smoking room they first had available had no ashtray and the toilet needed to be fixed.

“This hotel was pretty nice. They were having some problems that day but they were making sure that the customers were taken care of in a good manner.”

• It was inexpensive.
• The staff was uninformed and unresponsive.

I first arrived at the hotel
I had to wait almost an hour to check in because the front desk clerk was on a break. Once
I got in the room
I discovered there were no light bulbs in any of the lamps.
I reported this to the front desk but nothing was ever done about it.
I was extremely disappointed with this hotel.”

• Cleanliness, knowledgeable of area/service, customer service all was bad.

“About what I expected: an extended stay with extreme limitation and a few conveniences to try to cover for the poor customer service and employee knowledge of area; poor beds, TV.”

• Table & stools. The maintenance man was very friendly and helpful.
• Not possible! AC unit, office staff, no elevator.

“We managed to get downstairs which was needed since my husband just had foot surgery but the AC was going out so they put another one in and the belt was making loud noices all night and we did not get any sleep. We had to spend the next day moving everything over to another room. I asked the front desk if they have a laundromat and he said yes but when I asked where it was located he said he did not know where there were any other than the one here? Then they turned our key cards off and gave some to a woman who then walked in on us. We asked the manager to comp us a night due to the AC and was told we had two free nights but on the second day just before check out they called and said we had 15 minutes to get out just as we were about to leave for my husband's doctor appointment. We spoke to the manager again and he said the desk clerk made a mistake but was very kind to go ahead with the second night so we could make our appointment but it was a very stressful experience.”

• In a quite location.
• Not very clean.

“Hotel is in a quite location, unfortunately, it is over 20 miles from Downtown Dallas. It is also hard to get to without having to use the Dallas North Toll way. The rooms are small, but well laid out. Everything a business traveler needs and then some, but not something for the family. This hotel could use some attention to detail, the room was not very clean, but I have experienced this problem with other properties in this chain, it must be that they pay at the bottom of the scale for cleaning staff.”

• Close to the festival I attended. I used the kitchenette, which saved $ on eating out.
• Smelly place. No hairdryer available.

“Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Close to festival I attended. Happy to have a kitchenette, used the refrigerator and microwave (saved money, not having to dine out).”

• Easy access to toll way and Addison.
• Room is a little small.

“Nicely located near the Toll way. Mini stovetop, fridge and microwave was very helpful to keep snacks and prepare breakfast.”

• Hotel room was very dirty with cigarette butts in a bowl in the cabinet. Not enough towels for two people and the air condition didn't work good at al.

• I was not harmed before I left.
• Front desk service poor, lights in room did not work and someone tried to get in my room.

“I will never frequent this business again. The service was poor. The room was below standards. Safety would be a concern for me. ”

• It had a stove top and a full size fridge which was nice.
• It was a little cramped and the bathroom is right by the kitchen I thought the door could¿ve been by the bedroom instead.

• Clean, staffs (very impressed), location.
• They can use a bigger parking lot on the backside of the hotel. But not a problem comparing it to the good thing about the hotel.

“The hotel is very clean. Price is reasonable. Friendly service. I think the service is better than those 3 stars and 4 star hotels. The hotel is in a very good location and it is in a good condition. The hotel is new and very attractive.”

“I¿ve stayed at this location several times. Good location near Addison businesses and airport. It seems there are a high number of long term residents. The property is becoming increasingly worn looking, since I began staying there. My room was rather shabby. Still not bad for the price.”
