• Check in was great fast and simple with receipt at the door the next morning.
• The music station charged my room immediately after a trial without any acceptance options, needed continental breakfast.

• The price.
• The quality was poor. The rooms felt dirty. Towels were stiff and smelly.

“Great price, close to many great restaurants but low quality and dirty. The towels smelled bad and the carpet in our room had food smashed into it. We had a balcony outside our room that had rusty furniture and the balcony itself was filthy. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious, but the decor looked a little dated. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you just want a semi-decent place to lay your head, this hotel would fit the bill.”

• Conveniently located - two blocks away from several restaurants.

“This hotel was very clean and quiet. The maids were prompt and kept the room clean. I was completely satisfied. The next time I come to Dallas I will probably stay here. I was about 2 blocks away from Belt Line Road, which had a huge variety of restaurants. My stay was nice. No complaints.”

• Excellent staff, great patio courtyard and felt safe there.
• Absolutely ntohing to dislike.

Rooms, hotel, and grounds extremely well kept. I felt totally at ease having my relative coming to the hotel. I would recommend this one to anyone! My 13 year old son did not want to leave!”

• TV channels could be misleading by making one order a movie without realizing it.

• They do not have a complimentary cont. breakfast.

• I was very satisfied with my room and breakfast area. The ability to use my computer was great.
• The hotel did not have an elevator. The location was not the greatest.

• Needs to be updated / renovated.

• Very clean, friendly staff, non smoking facility.
• No wireless internet access, only in lobby. Had to connect via Ethernet in room, and internet was down some of the time.

“Great hotel, great place, and location, just need to get up to date with wireless access for computers in every room, not just in lobby.”

• Convenient to airport.
• The few amenities available to customers (vending machines) were out of service.

“I've never stayed at a 2 star hotel until now. The room was okay. Would be ideal if you were in the area for an extended stay. I was disappointed because the few amenities offered to hotel residents (i.e. Snack machine, coke machine) were out of service. The motel did not have an ice machine. I reported to the desk clerk that I did not have ice trays in my room. He stated he would get me ice trays but he never brought them. When I got to the motel, I had to wait about 30 minutes before the clerk returned to the desk. He seemed irritated because I was there.”

• Room was large and very clean. Bed had lots of good, fluffy pillows.
• Walls were too thin and neighbors were too loud.

“We were very pleased with the hotel overall. It had a nice size, very clean pool and we enjoyed all the exercise equipment.”

• Room was comfortable and easily accessible by stairs.
• Construction made it difficult to enter and exit.

“The Marriott courtyard offers guests comfortable accommodations and a convenient location. It is near strip malls and freeways. There is coffee and hot chocolate available at all times but there is a fee for brunch and no continental breakfast availability. There is free internet access in the hotel rooms and a computer in the lobby but no printer availability at the time. Overall the stay was pleasant and the staff cordial.”
