• Good location with kitchen and a decent bed.
• May need upgrades in bathrooms.

“For the star level I was comfortable in the hotel. The bed was comfortable the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the pool was closed while I was there.”

• Comfortable. Easy to locate, quiet, private.
• The telephone charge costed more than the room.

“I enjoy staying at this facility. I was extremely angry after using the phone and its cost. I became even more angrier that the staff at this hotel refused to give me the telephone carrier's information to discuss the outrages charges that had occurred. I was there on a family emergency and only made a few calls that totaled an extreme amount. The staff argued with me for over an hour making me late for my appointment, refusing to let me back in the room until I pay the full price of the phone bill, when I had no idea there was a dial out fee, a connection fee and a talking fee. That is ridiculous. I like this hotel but the management and staff at this faculty on more than one occasion have and can be extremely rude, not helpful and talk at the guest like they are scum.”

• Location is convenient if you work in Plano, Frisco, Addison area; Staff is helpful, ideal for business travelers.
• Not a scenic view.

• Full kitchen, pool, hot tub, friendly staff.
• Had a small problem with the air conditioner.

• Rooms very clean, AC works great, quiet.
• Firm mattress.

“Our experience here was excellent as usual. We have been here several times and hope to return if we need to stay in the area again. The rooms are very clean, hotel very quiet and they have a nice pool area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The mattress was firm for me but I need a soft mattress so it may be fine for others and the elevator was broke while we were there. It was broke last winter when we stayed there but I was told that it has worked just fine the months between so maybe it is US?”

• Loved the size of the room and the full kitchen.
• Elevator not working.

“This place was great. We got to the room and were pleased even more. This place was clean and had a complete kitchen including a full size refrigerator dishwasher stove microwave plates cups knives and forks. I had a problem with the comfort of the mattress (it was too firm) however my wife loved it.”

• Bed was uncomfortable and hard - children were running in hallway late.

“Hotel was nice, access to get back on toll way is not easy - you have to go up and loop back around to get back on toll way. Staff was very friendly and professional. Hotel room was very clean. My only problem was the bed was hard and uncomfortable.”

• Room is great, pool is great.
• Signing onto the internet every day and it was always at the most inappropriate time.

“Very nice, good location, room is great. Lots of great windows, separated living and bedroom area make it great for longer term business or other stays. Does not have an oven, or a colander for pasta, which is an easy meal to make on a trip, or much kitchen storage if staying for a while on business but the pool is great, resort style with a waterfall and hot tub, not like on usually sees at extended stay suites. Landscape is nice. There have been some problems with cars being broken into for GPS and laptops, which is why they received a 9 in that area, but once that is taken care of, the rating would be a 10 overall. Very good and would recommend it to someone who would need a hotel like this.”

• Breakfast was good.
• Probably would not use dishes/pans.

“Hotel was fine. Coffee maker was dirty and as much as we would like to have used kitchen facilities, we didn't feel it was worth the health risk. Would stay there again.”

• Staff were the best, rooms were great, location was great!
• Nothing I did not like all was good.

“This hotel met all of our expectations, and was able to accommodate our group of 6 males with rooms that had two beds. We are in a band and had traveled from Massachusetts to Texas for three shows. Of all the hotels we stayed at, this one was in the top two best experiences. Staff was superb, rooms were great, hotel 'noise' was not an issue as with some hotels. This was a positive experience, and I would recommend to others!”

• The heated pool and spa were fabulous, as was the lobby with fireplace.
• Some of the staff was focused more on following privacy and safety rules than they were concerned about accommodating the guest.

“Located just off the George Bush Turnpike, this Plano Hotel provides its guests with accommodations that should please some of the pickiest travelers. It's up to date rooms with views of the oft windswept inner courtyard have a comfortable feel to them. The highlight of this hotel for me was its large, well-heated spa. In the morning you are treated to a bagel breakfast with "fixing's" Apples, oranges cream cheeses, hot cereal, and some surprisingly tasty automatically dispensed coffees. You can read a paper or watch the morning news while munching by the fireplace.”

• The kitchen and there was no bad odor in the room.
• The beds were too hard for me and had to start dryer three times to dry clothes.

“I enjoyed my stay. It was very quiet. They don't offer much for weekday breakfast but it was nice having a kitchen. If I don't return it would be mostly because of the beds. They were too hard for my taste.”

“When I arrived at the hotel to check in there was another couple in front of me being dealt with. The employee at the counter waiting on us was on a personal phone call. The phone never left her ear. She completed the transaction in front of me and then continued to stay on the phone while dealing with me. I not only heard all about her personal business but damn it came out of her mouth too. Granted she was nice enough but very unprofessional on how she dealt with customers.”

“This was a horrible experience. I asked for a ground floor room and was told that I would get a 3rd floor room. The air conditioner in the room didn't work; the rugs were dirty and worn.”
