• Housekeeping staff leaves all the lights and sets the thermostat at 65.

• Clean and upscale.
• Service was a little off and the bar and I was the only customer.

“Very pleased with the hotel, it was very close to the hospital and I felt secure even though I was traveling with a young child. I love the perks here for the priority club.”

• The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice with good beds and linens.
• The shuttle service was poor. We waited for over an hour for a pickup 3 miles away and finally paid for a taxi.

“The hotel was nice in presentation when u first walk in. The desk clerks are very informative and friendly. The restaurant was very nice and clean. Only bad thing was all the road construction going on around it.”

• Friendly staff.
• Rooms were small, the hot water took eons to reach the surface & never got hot enough for my taste.

“The staff was very polite & courteous & handled dilemmas with ease, The facilities were rather small room) & the hot water was space, other than that, I'd recommend the hotel.”

• Everything except food service and management who refused to make food right or credit.
• Food.

“Front desk on check in friendly and helpful, Friday night burger burned, could not eat told cashier, her response, so what here is your ticket! $9.00 and some change for this burger that was thrown in trash. told desk manager on check out, he smiled, laughed and charged my card for burger. no one even offered to credit me or prepare another. Meat was burned on both sides I would never eat at this hotel again. Room and other services great.”

“The beds were very comfortable, but the mattresses were too deep for the sheets, which kept coming off the bed at the corners. Wireless internet wasn't working over 1/2 the time we were there. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean.”

• The flat screen TV, location, friendly staff.
• Not as convenient as Raddison Central.

• It was clean. The staff was friendly. The price was great.
• The wireless internet did not work. Construction next door at 6am.

“This was a great hotel to stay at for an affordable price. The staff was kind and courteous. The rooms were immaculately clean. The location was pretty good. The only down side was that the wireless internet was down while I was there. However, they had computers in the lobby for guests to use. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience. I would recommend to a friend.”

• We were hoping for an indoor pool.

“We really enjoyed this hotel. We stayed here so that we could go to Medieval Times. It was close and very easy to get to. We would have enjoyed having a continental breakfast. Their breakfast was rather steep for a large family like mine. We were also hoping for a hotel with an indoor pool. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We had a nice time.”

• Everything was great. Great customer service & nice rooms.
• No indoor pool or hot tub.

“This hotel was very nice. The rooms were great and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint would be that there was always room service items lying outside rooms, a glass was left outside the door to the room next to ours for over 24 hours without being picked up. That is the only complaint!”

• It was exceptional in cust service.
• The tran was too close.

“I had called in advance to ask for a room near the elevator and that I would be traveling with my slightly handy cap mother and they had selected a wonderful location as well as they added a bathroom that was easy for my mother to care for herself. The counter personnel was so kind and helpful in all areas. I loved this hotel. The tran got to me the first night but after that you did not even hear it.”

• Had to change rooms, heat did not work the first night, when it did work, it was noisy.`

“Not in good location. High crime area directly behind the hotel. Called front desk at 4am on checkout morning, and no answer. When departing, noted 2 girls sitting at desk chatting. Not good.”

• The bed was too high off the ground. Also, the bedding too easily slips off mattress.
