“This hotel exceeded my expectations. Everyone, and I mean everyone was friendly and spoke every time I saw them. The manager was in the lobby most of Saturday supervising a crew that was cleaning the grout between every tile. The manager obviously runs a very upscale, clean hotel. I would definitely stay there again and again.”

“The staff was very welcoming and answered any questions that I had. I only ate breakfast at the restaurant, but the buffet was good and the staff was
very nice. The room had a very comfortable bed. I really liked the fact that there was a microwave and frig. The room was of nice size.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even with all the cheerleaders that were staying there due to the NCA Cheer leading competition. Our fridge wasn't working and within the time we went to the competition and came back it was fixed.”

“Nice hotel, located within walking distance of UTSW medical campus and trinity train station. Hotel shuttle is nice. Rooms are clean, but does not have flat screen TV like other Hilton Garden Inn locations.”

“We had a fairly good stay at this hotel, the mattress was leaning to one side and hurt our backs. Also, the night manager was kinda rude to me when I accidently stepped on a wet floor.”

“The hot water went out on me and the hallways were not air conditioned. It took 6-8 hours to cool down the room I was in because the system was off when I entered. I was put in a Handicap room with no bathtub and I had to hand held the sprayer because it was not attached properly. The decor from the tile and the carpets were not thought out very well. Not what I would expect from a Hilton.”

“Stay was brief and staff was more than accommodating. The room was comfortable clean and very nice large room. Only bad thing I have to say about this hotel is the hallway going to our room smelled pretty bad the pool was on the first floor and I think the smell from the chlorine in the pool and the air freshener they used mixed to create a pretty bad smell. But will stay again and would recommend it to others. Our room did not smell like this for those wondering.”

“Very convenient, close to freeways, close to uptown, oak lawn, reunion arena, and downtown. Hotel was clean although I did find a toothpick below my bed. Service was friendly, but was not told of the complimentary water; otherwise I wouldn't have chipped in my $1.25 at the vendor machine. The restaurant host was very nice, and breakfast was what I needed.”
