• Staff at front desk was friendly.
• Ever corner of our hotel room was awful, the entire hotel had a bad odor.

“The entire hotel has bad odor, Room # has broken down shower and shower rod and shower nozzle did not work properly, wall paper was crumbling, dangling smoke detector wires over bed, bugs through-out, advised hotel front desk; they seemed to know all this about hotel.”

• It was very clean and well located.
• The maids did not speak English, so you could not communicate with them.

“It was clean, attractive. It was a very pleasant stay. I would recommend it to all my friends and family.”

• The rate was affordable.

“Check in took over half an hour. Most of the time I was waiting for the desk attendant to show up and every time. I went by the front desk nobody was there.”

• Had special touches. The front desk man was very friendly and helpful.
• It was difficult to find because it was back behind some other businesses with not sign at the road.

• The poor, the spa and the complimentary breakfast was great for traveling with kids!
• There is nothing we didn't like about this hotel.

“Very clean, family friendly and did the job for our weekend back home in Dallas. I think the only thing I'd recommend is to have a better sign off from the Belt Line Rd. to make it easier to find. We came in at 12:00am and passed it since there wasn't a sign directly of Belt Line. It's easier to find off of Arapaho but other than that it was a great stay. Our kids loved the breakfast buffet and in all honesty it wasn't bad at all. The rooms were clean and the pool was clean as well. Our kids loved it! Thanks so much!”

• Clean and comfortable, great location.
• Cleaning staff overly eager to clean, even if you are sleeping in.

“This hotel is clean and in fairly good shape. Decent amenities like wireless internet and continental breakfast. Good location, near the major restaurants of Addison, and very close to the Dallas galleria mall.”

• Location and cost.
• Mold, ripped box springs, no way to get in closet, stench and mold in pool area, rotten orange juice, bugs, etc.

“I have stayed at this hotel repeatedly in the past, last time being about 4-5 years ago. It was a wonderful hotel for the price and location. This stay was a total surprise at how much things had gone downhill. We had the same room we have had in the past, so we know it was not a fluke. There were bugs, large gashes in the box springs, mold in the showers so we wouldn't shower, rotten orange juice at breakfast, a stench in the indoor pool area, fungus/mold in the hot tub so that we wouldn't even enter it, and a really loud air conditioning unit that woke us up every time it clicked on. Overall, we will never stay in this hotel again, nor recommend it to anyone. Complaints were sent in to hotel management, but we have had no response.”

• The breakfast was quick and convenient and very nice.
• You could hear the other guests during the night.

“It was a little hard to find as it doesn't sit directly on the road of its address. However, it was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.”

• Paint fumes, dirty rooms, a/c musty, lamps too dim, gross.

“I made my reservation for a king bed since I was staying there with my toddler. Upon arrival the lobby and hallways smelled of fresh paint. The smell was overwhelming. The first room/suite had a sofa bed in the living area and it would not fold back down so we switched rooms. The second room was musty and had a vanilla pipe-like odor. The lights were very dim and the room did not feel clean. When I discovered the room had a double bed and not a king I called to the reception desk and was told that they didn't have king's. I said I would be leaving. ”

• They let you early check-in if there is an opening without giving an attitude or making a big deal about it like some other places.
• The maid knocking on my door with the "do not disturb sign" on when I had not even requested maid service. She should have waited.

“I have stayed here at least four times and it has always been good. I really appreciate how if they have a room clean, they have always let me check in early with my reservation. The only thing I did not like this stay was that I had my "do not disturb" sign on the door and the maid knocked anyway. The sign was only on the door for 30 min. At that time and was only going to be there for an hour while I took a shower and got cleaned up. I was not expecting the maid so I did not understand why she knocked to give me missing towels that I did not request.”

• The hotel was quiet, yet shopping/ restaurants were very close.
• The spa did not have enough chlorine- it did not smell clean!

“Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel and amenities, and would definitely stay here again if ever in the area. We were disappointed that the spa did not smell or look clean, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay and were especially pleased at how quiet the location was, and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.”

• Elevator has an oily smell about it.

“Super location as it is near all the great Addison restaurants but most importantly, it is quiet as it flanks the small Addison airport. The staff is always friendly and now that they are remodeling, the rooms and common areas look great too. I recommend it highly!”

• Loved the indoor pool, staff and room features.
• There was nothing I disliked.

“This hotel is excellent and really rates more of a 3 star hotel than a 2 star hotel. Staff is courteous and helpful. Room layout is wonderful and the location is close to any of the sites you would want to visit in the Dallas area. My rating for this hotel would be a 10.”

• The room was large with living area.
• Location hard to find. Lobby, esp. carpets look dirty. Hallways/lobby/elevator un-airconditioned. Elevator smells badly.

• The indoor pool was ACTUALLY heated. Some hotels claim this, then their pools are very cold.
• Door latch was broken. Door didn't close completely on its own. Maids didn't ensure it was fully closed.

“I would stay there again.”
