• Great staff, great location, very quite, spacious and airy and good parking.
• The A/C units may bother guests. But they do have ear plugs in every room.

• The beds.
• No indoor pool.

“It was great! Accessible and easy to find. The staff were full of smiles and made us feel as though we were the most important people that they had or would ever meet. Truly a great experience.”

• Clean. Friendly staff.
• Being charged for Internet access.

“Overall I cannot complain about my stay at this hotel. What left a sour taste in my mouth was the $9.95 charge for 24 hours of Internet access something that hotels began charging for several years ago. Since that time competition has resulted in most medium to upscale hotels including free high speed Internet access as part of their room rates. Obviously this hotel doesn't feel the need to compete for traveler's hotel dollars. I hope they enjoyed the $9.95 they gouged me out of for Internet access. They just reminded me why if I book a hotel direct I always book at a Sheraton.”

• Security guard on our floor.
• Location, the stained carpets, the views of the parking garage, the layout of the hotel - hard to get around, it smelled funny.

“Needs more exterior lighting, needs updating, cramped rooms, TV. remote didn't work properly, no in-room refrigerator, spa didn't have enough chlorine in it, access to rooms was very confusing.”

• Comfort, complimentary sleep aides, friendly staff.
• Workout facility.

“My husband and I spent the weekend in Dallas for his birthday. The price we paid for 3 nights was well worth it. The room was a nice size with the pullout sofa, computer desk with internet connections and the staff was very helpful. The only thing we were somewhat disappointed about was the workout facility was outdated, but if you dont workout then this place is perfect for you.”

• The room did not have a couch or comfortable easy chair other than an office chair.

“The parking garage in relationship to the rooms was very confusing at first. The hotel is like a maze and one has to pay attention not to get lost.”

• Felt the price was a little to high for the "extras" we received.

“The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was all very friendly. We paid for the extra club card and felt that it was a little pricy for those extras. All and all it was a good experience.”

• The elevators were not working well, got stuck for about 5 minutes.

• Horrible customer service, paper thin walls- tons of noise.

“It was a last minute trip to Dallas on New Years, so the selection was small for the area we needed to stay in. Pulled up to the hotel and it seemed nice. The lady at the front desk wouldnt let me check in, because my husband wasn't with me and my Name wasn't on the reservation. I always just put it under his Name and it has never been an issue. I had the print out reservation and my id and they still refused to allow me to check in. I call my husband and he arrives- they put us in a double bed/smoking room. .”

• Got moved to sister hotel due to group extending stay.

• Staff was amazing.
• Very minor issues, nothing bad enough to mention.

“Great hotel for the price. Highly recommend breakfast. Anthony (breakfast chef) was not only a great cook but also a great conversationalist. also, should there be any issues, the staff was courteous and quick to respond and solve.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• Rude receptionists, room service did not clean every day.

“When we arrived we had a problem checking in. The woman at front desk had the worst attitude problem, who talks down to a customer? Room service did not clean our room everyday and when we did call questioning the reasoning behind them not cleaning our room, they lied and said we had the "do not disturb" sign on our door. A sign we didn't even have in our room. All over terrible service which is a total shame because it was a very good looking hotel.”

• The staff is friendly, and the hot tub is awesome. Nice courtyard.
• It's kind of set up weird, like an old apartment complex or something.
