• 1st impression - lobby was lovely, restaurant staff very friendly.
• Hotel staff needs lessons from restaurant staff, boys in pool area need to spend less time watching TV and more time supervising water slide.

“This hotel did not meet my expectations. I usually stay at Country Inns/Suites by Carlson or Holiday Inns. I thought this property would exceed the standards of that type of hotels; however it was not up to their standards in terms of welcoming and accommodating staff except in the restaurant. The suite was a nice size, but again I expected something better than the other hotels - it felt like they spent lots of money on public areas and ran out in the suites and training staff.”

• Very nice bed, wireless internet, clean room.

• The rooms were large enough to walk around the beds easily even with our suitcases on the floor.
• Our room did not have a fridge or microwave.

“This hotel is easy to find close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The lobby is very spacious and that spaciousness carries through to the room size. My wife and I were there with a child for medical treatment in town, but we will try hard to stay there for a romantic weekend if/when opportunity presents itself.”

• Clean, great location, spacious room overall friendly nothing bad to say!
• Nothing really!

“I enjoyed my stay there and would book there again if I was going to Fargo. Was a great room for the price? We had a very friendly person helping us when we checked in and the same service when checking out. I have no complaints about the hotel.”

• Prices in restaurant were not wallet breaking.
• The temp in the pool area was to warm.

“The facility was warm, and friendly. The overnight party from the wedding was loud up on the 5th floor.”

• It was a beautiful hotel, very classy.
• A bill was slipped under our door that was listed the room as less that what I was charged.

“The room was very nice and clean, very spacious for a suite, and accommodating to the 5 people in our party.”

• The room was very quiet got a good night's sleep.
• The coffee for the pots was very poor quality.

“It was comfortable, easy access and good parking .close to shopping and dinning areas.”

• Restaurant was very good.

“Hotel is located across the street from a shopping mall and restaurants, making easy negotiation to many different needs. It has a waterslide for children, that is nice.”
