• The rooms were clean and the suite was nice
• Getting from the elevator to my room. I had to go outside to get to it.

“I had never stayed at a Residence Inn before. I assumed it had all the amenities of a Marriott Hotel. They had no room service and that was a problem because the hotel is located on the access road of I-35 in Dallas. There are no restaurants in walking distance and the hour I got in I wasn't crazy about calling a cab. They have multiple delivery places, so I ordered pizza. Maybe if I took my family there for several days and really got use out of the suite set-up, cooked our own food, etc, it might have been worth it. But, the access to the hotel is poor.”

• The location is great -- convenient to American Airlines Center, the medical center, downtown, Love Field, everything central.
• Nothing really.

“The location is excellent for anyone with business in the Central Dallas area. It's convenient to downtown, to American Airlines Center, to Love Field, the medical center at UT Southwestern, everything. The hot breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts I've seen, and my son was sorry he didn't know sooner about the basketball court by the pool. We plan to stay there again.”
