• The heating was on & made the room unbearable.

“The hotel either had heating or air for the whole building and the heating was all that was available while we were there. The room was hot and impossible to feel comfortable in this particular room had a door to an adjoining room that someone kept trying to unlock that was very nerve racking.”

• Not enough outlets in room.

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary shuttle was fantastic - we used it several times to various places. The bar was nice and cozy. Beds comfortable, although not enough outlets in the room. I'd stay there again.”

• Room was clean and quiet.
• Plug in the bathroom did not work. Guy who brought in refrigerator was angry.

“In general, everyone was really polite . . . even other guests. This hotel seemed to have a high-quality clientèle. Other guests were even nice.”

• Location was near where I needed to be.
• Shower didn't work. Maid woke me up early.

“Again, I got an older hotel that had some problems. Location was good. bed was comfy. The food in the hotel was expensive for what you received. Made me go out in pouring rain to put a parking pass on my windshield.”

• The restaurant was surprising good and great service.
• This hotel is falling apart. Broken stuff everywhere.

“This hotel was a huge disappointment. Broken Ice Machines on 6 floors. The Internet is basically useless. The pool and hot tub area not well maintained and the hot tub with green water. Was sent to two unclean rooms at check-in. Housekeeping service that doesn't really touch anything.”

• Hot Tub and Pool smelled like urine. Water was cloudy and in poor condition. Bed sheets were too big for the full size beds.

Years ago when we stayed at the Crowne Plaza we felt that it was a great hotel but now we feel that the over all condition of the property has fallen considerably.”

• Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very comfortable.
• It is totally a smoke free hotel now which is good, but there were burned spots on the bathroom vanity.

“This is an older hotel, but it is in pretty good shape. The air conditioner could not be adjusted much. It was either on or off.”

• The soft music playing in my room when I entered.
• Didn't have a bag of spray & eye mask waiting like previous visit.

• Hotel room was clean and convenient to Dallas Conv. Center.
• Toilet broke late at night. Staff did not offer any sorries or apologies.

“Over all pleasant stay, was basically only there to sleep since we had meetings lasting late and starting early. Seemed like with discounted price came discounted courtesy. Not the friendliest bunch in whats deemed the hospitality industry.”

• Received phone call with no one on the other end at 2:30 a.m.

“There were many young people standing outside smoking right at the side entrance. That night the people in the next room were LOUD and appeared to be drunk. I felt really unsafe!”

• Love the staff and the management.
• That the office is not open 24hours.

“I always enjoyed staying at this hotel. They make you feel like family, and during the week, you get a free breakfast, which consist of coffee, bagels, and fruits. The staff is so great, I almost feel as if I am going on vacation when I leave here they are so great to me.”

• Convenient to Love Field and rental car locations.
• Problems with airport van pickup after 11pm.

“Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Would have liked queen size beds, the beds in the double room were only full size. Also, airport shuttle stops running at 10:30pm. My husband's flight came in at 10:55pm. Cab fare was $17. We ended up getting our rental car that night, costing an additional day. Airport shuttle should run as long as flights are coming in.”

• They don't have a guest laundry.

“I've stayed here before and it's always been great. This time it seems that service has slipped a bit, a rude, uncaring front desk clerk, and haphazard room housekeeping (one day they left me only one towel)were disappointing. Add to that the fact that the General Manager hasn't returned my email about the problems I encountered and you begin to wonder if they care. Anyway, I'll probably give this place another try as this is the first time I've had problems there.”

• The fact that it has an indoor pool that would be perfect for slumber parties.
• The staff gave me the key to some one else's room and not friendly.

“At first I thought that the hotel location and look was nice. The staff were looking at me like I did not belong in their hotel. They did not even greet me. The staff worker gave me the key to another room that was occupied. The room was OK and spacious.”
