• Nothing at all.
• The hotel was not even cleaned properly. I complained.

• Clean rooms and friendly staff.
• The outdoor pool was closed.

“We would definitely stay here again! It was right of the Highway and easy to find. The woman that helped us check in was super nice. When we checked out in the morning the staff was wonderful too! The breakfast was adequate, would have been nice to have more of a selection, but it worked. It also would have been nice to have an indoor pool, or at least a pool that was open. The room was very clean and fit our needs wonderfully! Definitely will come back next time we're in Dallas!”

• The cleanliness.
• The unfriendliness of the morning hotel staff.

“The hotel was clean and the evening people were somewhat nice. However, the two desk workers in the morning made my stay terrible. When we asked about a receipt for our stay they both told us (very abrupt) that we could not have a receipt. When we asked about transportation to the airport and it did not arrive, we found out that desk person did not call the van until we asked for about the 3rd time. The person that drove the van said that she had picked up many people that were unhappy at the hotel. I tried to call the Ramada about it but they said that I would have to call the actual hotel itself and talk to them about it.”

“Bed was comfortable. Very quiet for the location. Hallways had a faint old cigarette odor. The shower in my bath had mildew growing under the caulking. Other than that, an OK place for the business person to spend a night.”

• Very close to Texas stadium and love field airport.
• Hotel shuttle outrageously expensive.

• Not very much.
• They advertised shuttle service to the air port and the shuttle service did not start until 7:00 am. Our flight was at 7:00 am.

“If they had mentioned that the shuttle did not start until 7:00 I would have booked another place. We were informed they would call us a cab at 6:30. And if we missed the plane that was our fault.”

• It is close to Love Field and provides a shuttle service.
• Rooms were a little run down for the money.

• Some of the staff were very helpful and nice.
• My room wasn't serviced by the maid on the 2nd day.

“This hotel was a good location for us and was nice. The beds were not full beds. They were more like super singles. The maid didn't service our room on the 2nd day and I had to go down stairs to get clean towels for us. The front desk clerk when we checked in was not very friendly, but on the 2nd day the desk clerk and the maintenance guy during the day were very nice and helpful to us when they found out the maid had not serviced the room.”

• Rooms do not get dark, A/C is very muggy and does not chill the room

• The staff was extremely friendly and eager to help.
• Need more bagels.

“I was extremely pleased with our stay. The only thing I can really say negatively about the hotel itself is that the carpet in the halls needs to be stretched out. I about tripped over a part that was bunched up. Other than that, the staff was extremely friendly and any time I needed something they were extremely helpful and willing.”

• The price was great and included a well-stocked breakfast.
• There were lots of kids (young adults) there who left messes in the halls.

“It's a very serviceable hotel for the money we paid. We did use the pool, which was not heated, but felt good on a hot day. We were given a nice room with a partial view of the pool and a shady tree. The bed was firm but comfortable and the room was spacious.”

• Hmmmmm nice staff.
• Not a good location. toilet stopped up, AC did not work--In Texas you need the AC.

“I do not know how you rate your hotels but this was not a 2 star hotel--It did not meet the standards of other Fairfield that I have stayed. To make it a close to a 2 star in meds major repairs and updating. I wish you would check out the hotels you contract with before you send people to the hotels.”
