• It was very clean.
• The restaurant didn't have a good selection and was expensive, plus they charged way too much for a bottle of ozarka that was left in the room!

“The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. It was located very close to the office where I was going to work at, so that was a major plus for me. I will stay there again, if I return to Dallas.”

• The staff at the check-in was outstanding and very friendly.
• Its location is away from typical routine things- shops, non-business activities.

“I had read that the staff was not very friendly and service was poor. I took the hotel because omni across from it was sold out. I found it to be a great hotel, very clean, great staff all the 3-nights I was there and they even gave me baked cookies, fresh water bottles at check-in. I was impressed by how good they were even when given me rides back and forth to omni for my conference- they genuinely provided 1st-class services. God bless those fine men and women that I met there.”

• The rooms were nice and clean.
• We requested adjoining rooms early, when we came back to check in they told me I should have come back earlier.

“The staff was very unfriendly and did not have the can do attitude that we are used to for this chain.”
