• Luxury at its best - pure delight to stay in the hotel.
• That I had to leave the hotel was the worst.

• The location was a peaceful and safe area.
• A maid came into my room after only a short knock, no cart, so why?

“My expectations were not met. The hot tub only had two jets working and my bathroom had mold spots on the ceiling. The cleaning staff should be instructed to not speak so loudly up and down the halls.”

• Where a person sleeps, a person lives. This would make a great place to live.

“We found the room great. Great bed. Very clean. Restaurant had minimal selection of food and was too expensive. Pre ordering champagne and strawberries was a great idea on my behalf. They had them waiting in the room when I got there and it was reasonably priced at 48$.”

• Rhe lobby was very nice-pretty, comfortable and relaxing.
• The maid did a too rushed job in her daily cleaning chores.

• Very friendly atmosphere. I felt very safe in my surroundings.
• For a short stay, it was great! I would've loved to see little shoppettes.

“We're from California and was our first time in Dallas. It was me, my sister, and my 2 yr old niece. We felt very safe around the hotel. We felt very welcome as soon as we came in from our long flight. The only thing I hated was the fact that one of the hotel operators gave us wrong directions coming from the car rental for the airport. We had to finally stop after 45 minutes and get the GPS system out of my luggage. After that, we were able to go around without any problems. If you're out of town, you really need to know your freeways. But once we got to the hotel, it was worth it. We had double beds and the beds were big and inviting. The room we were in was like a suite. I have no complaints. The concierge was excellent in giving directions on how to get to places. There were plenty of people opening the doors for you and helping you out with whatever you need. I just loved the friendly atmosphere.”

“This hotel one of the best, the bedroom and bathroom is very spacious. Everything is clean, housekeeping does an excellent job. I would stay in this hotel again if there is another opportunity to do so.”

• Carpet could have used a good cleaning!

“Had a great time check in was smooth and easy. Bell Hops were very helpful and nice. Just a great weekend stay! Would stay there again in a second!”

• More towels - took robe when cleaning room, did not replace.

• Wonderful bed with fabulous comforter. Nice area.
• It stank badly enough to make us nauseous because it was a smoking room. Hard to get past the smell.

“The hotel is beautiful and I cannot say enough good things about the bed with its deep pillowy comforter. We had to stay in a King room (no doubles available) but the bed was so great we were fine with that. The hotel should do away with the stinking smoking rooms, so no one gets stuck with them. It gives the impression that the hotel is not clean. The grounds are delightful, with a lake, ducks, swans and pigeons, as well as attractive landscaping. The lobby and public rooms are decorated beautifully. The hot chocolate was great.”

• The people at the front desk were excellent.

“Everything was excellent. I didn't let the glitch in the restaurant affect our stay. The room had an awesome view. The rest of the staff was excellent.”

• The hotel was definitely first class.
• Nothing we didn't like.

“Wow is about all I can say for this hotel. When we drove up we knew we were staying in a 5 star hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were met by the Valet service wearing suits. The rooms were to die for. I don't think I have slept that well in any other hotel. The bed was one of the most comfortable I had ever slept in. . . .”

• Nice hotel for reasonable price.
• Room was nothing special for this kind of hotel.

“The hotel was nice and in a nice, convenient area. Our room was nothing spectacular, however, considering that it was a 4 star hotel. We had a regular "double" room, and we did not have much more space than we would've had in a much lower priced hotel. But, the surroundings were very nice.”

• Comfortable while still being a 4 star.
• The only thing I can say is the bottled water was priced at $6 which was ridiculous.

“This hotel is not only beautiful and convenient, but very cozy while being luxurious. The staff was very service oriented and friendly. I will be back many times.”
