• Lobby area spacious and clean, with inviting sitting and relaxation areas, Spacious, upscale rooms.

“We were traveling with our family for a long vacation weekend. Very nice experience. Helpful staff, well-kept facilities. I would definitely recommend it.”

• The view was good.
• They nickeled and dimmed for every little thing. They even charged for internet!

“ This hotel is only suitable for the rich and famous. They charged ridiculous prices for every little thing from the $10 WiFi to the $4.00/cup of coffee. The location is tucked far away from the main attractions and restaurants in Dallas. I would not recommend this hotel unless you have money to burn! ”

• Very clean and professional staff, it was everything that I hoped and expected.
• I had one small problem of packages being sent to the wrong room, but everything worked out fine.

“I would visit this hotel again, as well as recommend it to others. First class service.”

“This was a relaxing getaway for my husband and I, the hotel has good restaurants inside the hotel, but also within walking distance there are a couple upscale dining places. Perfect for a getaway, anniversary, etc.”

• The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained.

“Tucked into Las Colinas, walking distance to the LC Mustangs sculptures, the hotel was located on the Mandalay canal. Beautiful landscaping and well-maintained public areas make the hotel very luxurious. Doormen are friendly and not pushy. The front desk was very efficient and calm.”

• Very beautiful, free parking, comfortable beds.
• Hardest hotel ever to find.

“We really didn't spend a lot of time at this hotel, just came for six flags, but it took me almost 2 hours to find it and I travel a bit too. Maybe it was just late and I was tired. Talk about off the beaten path - this was it! It was lovely, and comfortable with large rooms and comfy beds. No kids channels though- but it was ok. They need help in the parking department though - our last night is when the hurricane came and had evacuee's come in. I couldn't find a parking place. People were parked up and down the street. Free apples at the front desk- no vending machines though - but again, no big deal. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.”

• The bed was extremely comfortable.

“The room was comfortable; the bed was great, good view. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Free parking! Great location. Close to lots of things to do. Beautiful hotel.”

• The music and bar at the pool all day!
• Shouldn't be charged to use hotel computers for internet.

• The ambience of the hotel was wonderful and they met all expectations.
• The pool was quite away from the room and the paper holder in the bathroom was defective.

“Wonderful place to stay. The staff was very professional. The spa is awesome. The dining is superb however it is not a motel 6, no vending machines there is a refreshment area in room that are priced a little beyond reasonable.”

• We had no hot water, room was by the ice machine which was annoying; terrible smell in bathroom, coffee too strong from room service.
